The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, with quiet streets that are perfect for evening walks. We’re close to local parks, nature trails, and only a short drive from shopping, dining, and Gulf Coast beaches. One of the things I enjoy most is how easy it is to relax here—whether it’s sipping coffee on the back patio, watching the sunset, or taking a quick trip to the water.

I love that the area has the best of both worlds: a calm, safe place to come home to, yet still close enough to everything you might need during your stay.

What makes my property stand out is the combination of comfort, space, and convenience. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage, there’s plenty of room for families, work travelers, or anyone in transition. The fenced backyard is perfect for pets, kids, or just relaxing outdoors, and the cozy fireplace adds a special touch for unwinding after a long day.

Unlike many rentals, my home is fully furnished with all utilities included and has a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for travel nurses, remote workers, and snowbirds. Guests love that it feels like a real home—not just a place to stay.
