Cozy mountain cabin 1 hour from Denver backs up to National Forest EV CHARGING!

The cabin was designed for you to get away, relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet. The 700 sq/ft cabin may be small, but it is mighty! We have purposely created a space with *no TV* so you can unwind and decompress, but of course, internet is available on the property for your own devices. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are one space allowing for intimate time together. The large bedroom has a king bed (with Leesa mattress) and a fold out twin bed. There is also another fold out twin bed in the living room. The deck is perfect for early morning coffee or late night drinks. In the winter, curl up in front of the wood stove after a day of skiing or exploring. Access to National Forest is directly from the property at the back gate allowing you to enjoy hiking and biking in the summer and fall and in the winter enjoy nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and more.

Exterior outlet for EV Charging! Bring your vehicle’s charging cord and plug in at our dedicated charging outlet.

- comfortable vegan leather couch
- grey sitting chair (that folds out to twin bed)

- large, flat yard with gated access to hundreds of acres of National Forest
- the yard is fully fenced in with a front and rear gate

In the winter months (Oct-April) flannel sheets are provided on the bed.

In the summer months (April - Oct) cotton sheets are provided on the bed. Please note, we also turn off the heat during our summer season.

What a great cabin. Perfect for a couple's retreat if you're craving quiet, privacy, and seclusion. Excellent amenities, peaceful environment, comfortable space. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Exquisitely styled cabin. We enjoyed the fenced yard for our pup, the grill on the deck, and the cozy internal ambiance. We aren’t typically early-risers on vacation but there was a lot of morning light each summer morning, so we wished there were thicker curtains. A small complaint for an otherwise perfect stay!

It was a like a hut trip but we could bring our elderly dog with us. The bed was super comfy, and Jessica was prompt and helpful in her correspondence.

Best Anniversary trip

The little cabin was amazing! Note to anyone staying here: everything is 30 minutes away, and the establishment closes early. Coming from Texas, we had some learning opportunities. Everyone is so kind! This little cabin is great if you need to recharge or if you need a getaway to get some work done.

We loved this cabin! Had that cabin feel you want but modern bathroom and kitchen and furniture. Maybe I didn’t read close enough but the fenced yard was huge! Our pup had room to run around and stretch her legs. And so clean. We drove to Rollins Pass the Winter Park way. Wow! I’ve been all over Colorado and this drive still had us stopping at all the turn outs for pics. Rollins pass not open yet but still so much to see. Black Hawk pizza was good. If you like trails or small town surfing this cabin is right in the middle of all of it! And if you want to hike without the crowds of summer you can do that out the back of the cabin. We had trails all to ourself….shhh don’t tell anybody:)

We absolutely LOVED this cabin. It was everything we were hoping it would be. Secluded, mountain views, isolated. The cabin is outfitted with very nice linens, pillows and mattress is very comfy. The couch is also very large and comfortable. We loved the huge picture window and the deck view. Another perk was the most quiet tower unit i have ever used. 20-30 mins drive the Central City or Nederland. We had a great stay and Jessica was very helpful and almost instant communication. We would love to stay here again. Thanks Jessica for the perfect mountain stay. It was beautiful!

This is a beautiful cabin, very comfortable. Make sure that you have the access code to get in well before you get there. You will not have any cell phone coverage while in that area until you can use the Wi-Fi at the cabin. Cell phone coverage in the area is spotty at best. Also there's not a lot in the area for groceries or dining out unless you drive to Blackhawk, Central City or Nederland. So you might want to bring some groceries in. We had a few snags with access and Wi-Fi which the hostess promptly helped with. The best part of this place is the deck. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view, the smells of the forest, the hummingbirds. The front door entrance area is not a bad place to sit and enjoy a different view too, getting out of the sun or rain.

The property is nestled in a quiet mountain community. It is one hour from Denver, 45 minutes from Boulder, 15 minutes from Nederland and 30 minutes from i70 (which can take you to all the major ski resorts Colorado has to offer).

この宿泊施設の特徴

Over the years we have hosted many quiet getaways for our guests. We've been told our cabin has been the perfect place for so many of our guests to unwind and relax - some have come back year after year, some for a few days, some for a few weeks. Our property backs up to National Forest, so yes, you can walk out the back gate for hiking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter (snowshoes provided). And because folks as often, we are serious... there is no TV at our cabin, instead, head outside and enjoy the beautiful place you are visiting! ;)
