Consider this house your oasis away from the everyday while you visit historic Provincetown. Recently built, high-end property offers tranquil escape for up to 6 guests looking to relax and unwind in a private setting. Enjoy drinks or a meal on the quaint patio or catch the harbor view from the private hillside "patio for 2". A well equipped kitchen along with spacious dining and living areas offer plenty of room when you're not out enjoying the easy walk into town or visiting nearby restaurants, beaches or the public pool. When it's time to layback enjoy 3 cozy bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) each with their own dedicated full bathroom equipped with essentials, including hair dryers and towels. Home also features central AC/Heat, a /2 bath in the main floor, 2nd floor laundry including iron, wifi, along with TV, books, games and puzzles. On site parking for up to 3 mid-size cars or 2 large SUV. Please kindly note fireplace is non-functional.

We respectfully inform, up-front, that property is offered strictly as a "non-party" rental only. Parties or gatherings with outsite guests are not permitted. No smoking/vaping of any kind. Pets are not allowed.

Pablo and David are wonderful hosts! They were very attentive and responsive! The home is picture-perfect! Actually, the pictures online don’t capture its inimitable charm! It is a very thoughtfully appointed property from the well-stocked kitchen to the Kiehl’s products in the bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is spot on. It was truly the perfect retreat for our long weekend away with our friends and fellows! Highly recommend this Provincetown Gem!

I wasn’t even sure if I was going to take this trip this year after going through such a rough time losing my mom. But deciding to come to Provincetown ended up being one of the best choices I could’ve made for myself. From the moment I walked into this beautiful home, I felt like I could finally exhale.Pablo, the host, made everything so incredibly easy — every detail was thought out, and the house was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach, town, and restaurants, but still quiet enough to really relax and reset.This trip gave me the space I needed to heal, reconnect with friends, and find a little peace after a tough year. I’m so grateful for Pablo’s kindness and for creating a space that truly felt like home. I can’t recommend this property enough and will definitely be back.

We've been coming to Provincetown a long time and this is by far the most special property we've ever encountered. It's the perfect oasis for your stay on the cape. Every detail is accounted for-- location, design, furnishing, and supplies. The pics don't come anywhere near doing it justice. And the hosts are thoughtful, responsive, and super accommodating. We'd give it ten stars if we could!

The house was perfect: exactly as described, thoughtfully appointed, and in excellent condition, with plenty of room for three couples. Located on a quiet street on the west end, we could not have asked for a better place to stay and plan to book again for next year's trip. With both a family and living room as well as a large dining area perfect for co-working on vacation, we had plenty of space to relax as well as work without distraction. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and travel cooler for our beach days and couldn't have asked for a better stocked kitchen for cooking. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Provincetown property! The house was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow, and the host was communicative and kind —checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was the perfect balance of being close to the heart of town while still offering a peaceful space to unwind. Our group —family and friends —felt right at home, and we’d absolutely love to return!
