The Space:

Brand new to the vacation rental market! This timeless and elegant home is ready for families to come and make memories!



Situated in a quiet, marsh-front community, this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is decorated in a classic French-country inspired theme. Our guests in this community often talk about how much they love their walks and even runs through the neighborhood because of how serene and peaceful it is.



Three of the four bedrooms contain a King bed. The fourth bedroom has two Queen beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up a chef's meal!



Each bedroom and the living room has a smart TV for your streaming. The high speed wireless internet can support working from home while streaming multiple devices.



The backyard is large and has plenty of room for the kiddos and pups to run around and play. There is also a 2 car garage and a long driveway that could support 4 additional vehicles.



Book with us for any dates between April 1st and September 4th and get free beach gear rentals for your trip to one of our award-winning islands!



St. Simons and Jekyll Islands are less than 30 minutes away. You are also a quick 12 minute drive to our downtown where you can find unique boutiques, restaurants and even a speakeasy!



If you travel to Jekyll Island you can visit Summer Waves waterpark where the whole family ca



n enjoy some fun in the sun.



If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



Please Note:



All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



House Rules:

Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.



Quiet hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.



No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.



There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.



Maximum of 2 pets.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.



Guest Access:

The home is easily accessible from a smart lock. You can check in anytime!



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, marsh-front community where the neighbors are pet-friendly and you can experience some gorgeous sunsets over the water during your evening walk.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $245 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
