Quiet hours: 10 PM–10 AM. No smoking inside or outside the home. Approved pets only (max 2 dogs, ≤45 lbs each); pets must stay off furniture and cannot be left unattended. No parties or unauthorized guests.

Pool & Heating:
The pool is included as a standard amenity. Pool heating is an optional add-on at $25/day and requires advance notice (request the night before check-in). The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool. During colder weather (70°F or below), heating performance may be limited depending on outdoor conditions.

Security & Safety:
Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and patio/pool area for guest and property safety. No interior cameras are present.

Optional Add-On Services:

Please double-check the property before checkout. While we're not responsible for items left behind, we'll do our best to help locate and return found items when possible. Essential items (passports, IDs, phones, medications, electronics) receive priority assistance. Found items may be held for up to 14 days; unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period.
