Hi. I'm originally from Cape Cod and now live and teach in Florida. We travel for the summer so I like to rent out the house for supplemental income.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
This is a family friendly neighborhood and super safe with the 24 hour man guarded gate as well as great amenities. The location is perfect as well. Close to the beach but far enough away to not have the noise and foot traffic at night.

My property stands out as a calm beach themed house. Whenver guests come through they always say they feel very comfortable and relaxed in the house.
