With ample parking for multiple cars, trucks, or trailers, you can skip the beach parking fees and enjoy the sand and surf all week long from your perfectly located rental. The spacious backyard features a large pool with a waterfall spa, over 150 feet of canal-front dockage, and generous boat storage. Walk to the beach for sunrise views, beach volleyball, or a picnic by the sea.
One of the standout features of this property is the expansive outdoor spaceideal for entertaining, sunbathing, or relaxing in the shade under the covered lounge area. Fire up the grill and unwind poolside in true Florida Keys style. Inside, you'll find bright, vibrant decor, open and airy living areas, and a well-appointed kitchen. The master suite, located on the first living level, includes a king bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, two guest bedroomsone with a queen bed, the other with twin bedseach offer balconies or ocean views and share a second full bath. Perfect for boating and beach

Beautiful home with deep water canal close to everything. Across the street from the beach, close to dining, shopping and activities. Will definetly be looking to stay here again next year.

Great location. Loved the pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Was very clean, had all the cooking utensils and amenities we needed as well as plenty of room for us to enjoy our time inside and out of the house. The parking is huge if you are bringing multiple vehicles and a boat trailer, which is nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We loved the location. Walking distance to the beach. Very nice pool with spa and boat dock on site. Perfect for beach goers or anyone that loves to fish. Plenty of room to park vehicles and boat trailers. House was super nice and we would definitely stay here again!

Great GetAway

The house was spacious and the owner provided lots of added amenities. We loved the pool and the under deck seating (it was a bit too warm to be in the sun for long when we were there). Overall it was a lovely vacation home-away-from-home.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay, especially being able to walk along Sombrero Beach each morning. The house was very nice. The pool was great and we liked the below deck seating area. Even though the interior of the house is dated (cabinets, kitchen & bathrooms) the house is clean and location is great. Would definitely stay again.

The house was roomy and well stocked . Plenty of room for our 2 boats at the dock.lots of parking! Our only complaint was the long ride to fish and snorkel . Very close to the beaches and shopping etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get-away

Just left this gem... Took my family for the week. It was perfect, house has everything that is needed for a nice get-away. Sombrero Beach is right across the street. Huge dock, rented a boat for the week for fishing. Beautiful pool and hot tub to relax after a long day of fishing.

Comfortable and cozy…

This house was wonderful! The inside could use a few updates however the kitchen was stocked , the beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra sheets and blankets if needed. The outside pool area is a show-stopper ! Tons of shade on hot sunny days while still being able to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous keys weather. We would stay here again and again !!!

A fantastic family vacation traveling with six adults. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. The location was great, next to the beautiful Sombrero Beach, and right on the canal. Beach volleyball, beautiful sunsets, fishing from the dock, boating and just relaxing by the pool kept us busy all week. Sandy from Island Breeze was very helpful in booking and providing us with information about the area.

Wonderful beach vacation

Upon arrival our pool was not filled or heated. However, the team came out to fix it immediately. So many wonderful memories were made playing in the pool, walking to the ocean and seeing the manatees. Would definitely rent again.

Great house and pool!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The beach themed decor was enjoyed by all.We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there because Sombrero beach was rocky and weedy. The spa, however, didn’t work consistently - specifically the air blower. The furniture, inside and out, was very comfortable except the bed mattresses were a bit hard. The pull out sofa mattress was very comfortable though. Overall, we enjoyed the house and had s great vacation in the Keys.
