We had a pleasant stay with my family in MD, very homely and spacious, we had an incidence with the bathroom door locking behind my wife, but the owner responded promptly and helped open the door. Only negative thing is house is next to a main highway, so there was so much noise with the cars passing by day and night. Otherwise, it was clean and owner hospitable.

Not many extras for eating, cooking 4.plates 5 cups a few small pans no condiments not that it is required but normally the basics.like salt and pepper are there left behind by past guests. It wasnt very clean but not filthy. No cable or wifi the first day into the 2nd but that got resolved. I wouldnt stay again we did ask for a late check out and he allowed that which was appreciated.

Great location and has great potential

Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants, bus stops. It had all the ammenities we needed like bodywash, shampoos, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The house was remodelled but not fully. It has potential. It was worth the price. The host was very responsive. The dryer did not work. He came right away but was not able to fix the problem while we were there. But it was the end of our stay so it was not a big deal.

Unit renovation incomplete (tools left in the living space, door knobs missing, concrete bags and tools on the back patio, etc.). This should have been disclosed in the description. Plumbing issues in master bathroom (improper shower drain result standing water, feedback sewer smell from under sink plumbing) Towel set excluded wash clothes. The place needs a thorough cleaning as the bathroom walls need to be wiped down. No repeat or recommend for me 👎

We were disappointed with our stay at this property. The house itself has potential, but there are several issues that made it uncomfortable. The downstairs showers leaked heavily, creating water on the floor. The front and back yards were extremely overgrown. The upstairs shower appeared to have built-up dirt in the grout and didn’t seem well-maintained.The location is also on a very busy and loud street, which made it difficult to relax. While the listing photos suggest many updates, most appear unfinished or not well-maintained. The A/C struggled to keep the upstairs cool, and weeds were growing out of the outdoor unit. The dryer did not function properly—it would start but shut off within minutes, leaving clothes wet. The Wi-Fi stopped working during our stay, though the owner did offer to come fix it.Overall, we would not stay here again or recommend this property in its current condition.
