Perfect Escape

Our second time staying here and we love it. The condo is beautiful and great location to the beach and especially salt rock grill within in walking distance! We will stay again in the future!

Well appointed condo. Nicely decorated. 1 minute walk to the beach. Furniture was comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were great. This worked out for us this time of yr. Place was clean and it was quick communication from host and management co. Google tvs not a fan of took a few minutes to get going on that. . Plastic cooking utensils were disappointing, no batteries in the salt and pepper grinders so might want to swap those out. And the sheets could be softer. Those were really the only little things I’d tweak to be %. Satisfied. Great location pool always a standout but the beach always amazing!! Can’t go wrong booking this one

Hello. First we want to say we really do appreciate you choosing us and we mean that. Although I have to be honest with your review. So anyone reading this realizes this unit is a brand new unit. Everything 100% inside was redone. Honestly, I am very surprised of this four star review and just for future reference understand anything less than five stars actually hurts the owner and property management company. I do not believe this unit deserves four stars. Thank you again and we hope to see you again

Great location!

The location is perfect with the patio right on Gulf Blvd, and the trolley access right there as well as the beach access! Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas and everything else you need for a great vacation!

Perfect Condo

We had a wonderful spring break! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. You can’t beat being steps away from the beach, enjoying the pool, fishing off the pier, walking to fine dining, etc. We hope to book this condo again next year!

Steps from beach

We had a wonderful stay here with lots to do. Beach was just across the street and a short walk down to water. The unit was clean and easily accessed. We were provided everything listed in the description and our stay couldn’t have been any smoother. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

The condo is in a great location. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Love the patio, great place to sit and relax. The king bed is very comfortable. Condo has everything you need.

A little slice of heaven

Our family had an AMAZING time!!! We came from Pittsburgh, and we came into a cozy place for our week. A minute walk from the beach! Such a BEAUTIFUL beach & love the area! We would love to book again!

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! It was really nice being so close to all the shops and beaches. The comforter on the bed was a little dirty and the shower curtain was messed up. But other than that, this was a really nice place to stay!

Great place and location!

Enjoyed the front porch ate out there quite often. Condo located right in front of beach access. Inside was very spacious. The condo is one of the nicest one bedroom condos that I have stayed in. The owner and us had great communication. The grounds and amenities were awesome.

Wonderful Stay

Excellent accommodations! Just as pictured. Beach truly is just across the street. We went to the beaches at Siesta Keys, St. Pete & Clearwater and the Beach across the street was way nicer…not crowded at all. Only thing we needed that wasn’t in the condo was sheets for the hide-a-bed couch & they delivered them the next day.

Beach getaway

Property is conveniently located right across the street from beach access. Salt Rock Grill restaurant is a 5 minute walk and was an absolute favorite! Rental is nicely equipped, though we were out most days and didn't need to utilize the kitchen for more than making coffee in the mornings. Would recommend to others and look forward to booking another stay in the future.

We enjoyed our week at the beach! Condo was wonderful we enjoyed the patio pool and ocean! Very peaceful area and a lot of nice places to eat and enjoy drinks and seafood. Some things need to be fixed at condo the shower curtain needs to be changed it’s gross on the bottom and when I removed the beddings the mattress pad has a big stain which should be addressed. Other than that that we will def rent this place again.

Thank you for your review. We will replace the cookware as needed, but the mattress is less than two years old and is a medium firm. Some guests prefer firm and some prefer plush so we attempted to meet in the middle.
