Labor Day stay

Pros: location to the beach was perfect. Spacious enough for family of 4. Umbrella and canopy for beach, small cooler provided which was very helpful. Cons: Bed was awful (metal springs in your back) my husband had to sleep on the couch for 4 days. The shower curtain was plastic and fell down the moment you get into the shower...water all over the floor leaked everytime someone showered. No sand toys or wagon to carry to the beach. 4 broken beach chairs ( they did replce 2...the 2nd day we were there.

Steps from beach

We had a wonderful stay here with lots to do. Beach was just across the street and a short walk down to water. The unit was clean and easily accessed. We were provided everything listed in the description and our stay couldn’t have been any smoother. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Excellent accommodations! Just as pictured. Beach truly is just across the street. We went to the beaches at Siesta Keys, St. Pete & Clearwater and the Beach across the street was way nicer…not crowded at all. Only thing we needed that wasn’t in the condo was sheets for the hide-a-bed couch & they delivered them the next day.

Barefoot Beach Club

Rental was in need of cleaning. Ceramic floors left the soles of our feet very dirty , not sand, but dirt. HVAC filter needs changed. Bath exhaust needs cleaned. Bath sink drained very slow. Pool was nice but the water temp was too warm, beyond refreshing.

Great location!

The location is perfect with the patio right on Gulf Blvd, and the trolley access right there as well as the beach access! Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas and everything else you need for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our week at the beach! Condo was wonderful we enjoyed the patio pool and ocean! Very peaceful area and a lot of nice places to eat and enjoy drinks and seafood. Some things need to be fixed at condo the shower curtain needs to be changed it’s gross on the bottom and when I removed the beddings the mattress pad has a big stain which should be addressed. Other than that that we will def rent this place again.

Perfect Condo

We had a wonderful spring break! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. You can’t beat being steps away from the beach, enjoying the pool, fishing off the pier, walking to fine dining, etc. We hope to book this condo again next year!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! It was really nice being so close to all the shops and beaches. The comforter on the bed was a little dirty and the shower curtain was messed up. But other than that, this was a really nice place to stay!

Great Price, Great Place

Rental properties have gone crazy in price over the last couple of years, but we found this property with a great price! We are used to staying at oceanfront properties but this one had a beach access nearly right outside the back door, which was awesome. The kids loved being so close to the beach and having a pool not too far as well. It was clean and nice. We love the community. Check in and out instructions where clear, concise and easy! For sure would stay here again.

Good location and nice enough...just lack of detail.

This condo is in a great location, easy to get to and right across from beach access and the trolley line! It also has a nice heated pool as well as some nice common areas where you can grill. This being said, there is a lack of detail that keeps this condo from being top notch. Simple things that can/should/need to be improved upon. For example: first impression - although overall it seemed clean, the main door coming into the property was dirty on the outside like someone had spilled something on it, a portion of the floor inside was dirty (looked like something had been sat on it and left behind an imprint), there was a small wad of toilet paper with something on it in the shower and it was dirty under the furniture. Things that could easily be remedied by having a little more attention to detail in order to make a first impression a good one. Other examples of lack of detail: Lack of hooks in the bathroom (literally one hook) to hang up towels, swimsuits, hand towel, etc. Lack of shelf space in the shower (one small shelf for soap, nowhere to put your shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Lack of seating and/or stool in the shower for those that need to sit and/or shave legs. Lack of long enough shower curtain (it barely reached to cover the shower opening so water does not escape underneath). Lack of extra blankets. Lack of coasters for your drinks. Lack of instruction on how to use the remotes (there are remotes that go to nothing). Lack of correct instructions for when cable goes out (ours went out on 2nd day and instructions stated to pull the power supply on the box - there wasn't any box or it was so well hidden we couldn't locate it). Lack of having what is stated as "starter" items actually there (we had one roll of half used toilet paper and dish soap that was very watered down). Side note: The one thing in the instructions it did say to do, is if you have a problem during your stay, to call the management line. We did not for a couple of reasons - first, who wants to wait for maintenance to come and second, we personally did not like the thought of maintenance there when we are not. To that end, if we would have called I am sure the cable would have been fixed and maybe we would have gotten the 2nd roll of toilet paper that it stated in the information we should have. All in all we liked our stay, but it could have been better!
