This specific apartment happens to be one of my favorites because it has its own private screened-in balcony that faces a wooded view on the top floor. It's basically just you and the wooded view - no balconies to your right or left either.
These apartments are gorgeously nestled in nature, with over a dozen miles of recreational trails. It's part of a master-planned community with amenities designed to make you feel like you're on a year-round vacation. Poolside tanning chairs, cornhole, poolside grill, bikes that you can take at leisure, marshy / woodsy views all around, and complementary beverages are just some of the key amenities that make staying here so special.

• Stylish interior with granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplashes, a gourmet kitchen with an island / bar, stainless steel appliances, deep sinks, and gooseneck faucets.

• A spacious design with nine-foot ceilings and a quaintly private screened in balcony overlooking the peaceful woodlands.
• Convenience with a full washer/dryer in-unit, elevator access, designer lighting and staging, a keyless entry smart lock, and so much more.
• The primary bedroom's king bed provides ample of comfortable resting space.
• The twin bedroom's setup is ideal for guests of all kinds. The trundle bed features a pop-up rollaway bottom. Keep it down for a separate mattress, or lift up the bottom trundle to essentially transform the bed into a king mattress (perfect for a couple!) Its bunk bed adds to the sleeping capacity of this apartment as well.

The listing displays a "guest count" of 6. It's okay to bring up to 8 guests, as long as they are approved and on your reservation roster. This apartment has one king mattresses and 4 twin mattresses - meaning it can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests on traditional mattresses.

It was thoughtfully designed with nature in mind, and you can really feel that connection in every corner - from the parks and green spaces to the dock and kayak launch just a short bike ride from your front door. Whether you're into fishing, outdoor recreation, swimming, working out, or simply soaking up the fresh air, there’s something here for everyone. There's even numerous mini playgrounds sprinkled around the miles of recreational trails - there is so much to explore that we honestly haven't likely turned every rock ourselves.

You cannot see anything in this screened in space except nature and open space (no visible neighbors on the balcony). It's the perfect spot for a morning sip of coffee or an evening seltzer!
