Great place and view

Amazing condo. Right by the beach! Perfect place for our baby 4 month old. So close to the beach so it’s easy to get back when the baby gets tired

Beachfront heaven

Loved this place and the location! The views of the ocean and sand dunes are unbelievable. Loved how light and bright this place was with the high ceilings and huge windows. Perfect place to stay for our son's graduation.

Beach house

My family & I enjoyed our stay here. It has an elevator for us senior. Nice view & easily accessible to the beach. Just for few stuff, the property management easily answers our concerns. Thank you

Fantastic time at the beach!

This unit never fails to provide great views in a central location. Only drawback was the early morning garbage collection. right below the window.

Best condo in Pismo

We have stayed in this building before. Love it. Love the garage! Love the spaciousness. Love the view. We don’t even like to dine out because it’s so nice to eat in this dining room. It was so clean. The furniture was so nice and modern and new. Love the recliner. Love the balcony chairs. We are so sad to leave. Pismo rental properties is awesome. Super responsive. For sure staying here again!!!

Nice views & great beach location

A large condo with lots of windows, light & a view of the ocean. It is just a few steps away from the beach. The downside is that it also looks over a large public parking lot that is cleaned very early every morning. This is not a problem if you are a sound sleeper. There is a pricey enough cleaning fee and management fee yet you are required to strip the beds before leaving. This bothered me. I wouldn't call it a bargain but it is a pleasant beach condo.

Lovely graduation trip!

Our family stayed here for our daughters graduation from cal poly. The location was fabulous, amenities fabulous, and communication with manager amazing when there was a small issue with garage. The small issue was fixed immediately! Thanks for such a great place!

Million Dollar View!

You can't beat the view from the large windows in every room. You can see a long way up the beach and the sunset view is also incredible. Rooms were large and comfortable and the nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed as did bathrooms, do bring your own shampoo and blow dryer. 2 car garage with all sorts of sand toys and beach chairs. As mentioned in other reviews, you are over a parking lot and will hear the loud garbage trucks/parking lot sweeping vehicles at 6am every morning but that would not deter me from booking here again as the pros outweighed that inconvenience. Property management was very responsive when we asked for a second set of keys and dropped them off very quickly.

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay. Very well decorated and comfortable. This home sites our needs for a place to celebrate our son’s graduation from Cal Ploy as a Machanicail Engineer. We also met his girlfriends parents for the first time at a dinner in the house. It was a very comfortable setting for our meeting and celebration.

Not bad for being in a parking lot

nice big space; cheap accommodations including beds, bedding and furniture. nice to have a 2 car garage below. the noise level in the morning was incredibly loud with streetsweeper for parking lot starting at 6a followed by trash trucks with lots of noise and beeping. cheap window treatments as well which let in a lot of light in morning as soon as sun came up. very convenient location though for beach and town and watching the parking lot action on 4th of July was very entertaining.

It was great! Waking up to the beautiful, unobstructed ocean views, amazing!!

My stay was amazing, but don’t forget your shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer when you come to stay. Loved it!!!
