A TRUE GEM and located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, this modern 2 story condo is fully furnished and has everything you need for your paradise getaway.  As you enter the property on the main floor you will find the living room kitchen & half bath. The living room features a fireplace and there is an outdoor patio off of the dining room. Upstairs are the two ensuite bedrooms with queen size beds with the master boasting a fireplace and outdoor patio.  The building is secured with gated parking.  There are stairs from the garage to the unit. Roku TV & WiFi included. You will find a variety of restaurants, entertainment, wine tasting & shops all within walking distance. No Elevator/No Smoking/No BBQ/No Pets/No Parties

Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.

LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
