Everything was amazing in the cupcake house. Our hosts were amazing very responsive. Gave us all instructions on time. We will be back for sure. The house was fantastic full of details.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cupcake House! It’s an adorable cottage in a charming, historic, and very walkable part of Lunenburg. Horse-drawn carriage tours passed by the cottage several times throughout the day, which added to the town’s character and made the location feel even more special.We loved spending time on the porch and in the little backyard. Inside, everything was thoughtfully appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the towels and toiletries were readily available. Check-in was super easy and communication with our hosts was excellent.The virtual guidebook was fantastic—we referred to it several times throughout our trip and found it helpful for planning our days. We also enjoyed exploring several nearby villages and beaches, all within an easy drive.We enjoyed many restaurants in town, all easy walkability, and many shops, too. We would absolutely recommend the Cupcake House and the Lunenburg area to anyone looking for a charming getaway. We would happily stay here again!

What can I say? Lovely hosts, gorgeous cozy property, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful information pack, board games in the cupboard, everything spotless, and in a great location within a few minutes walk of Lunenberg’s waterfront, shops and restaurants. Even the flowers at the front were in full bloom and smelled amazing! We toured Canada for 5 weeks, as a family of 4, staying in 14 different locations, and this house was my favourite. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! I only wish it had been longer.

Our stay at The Cupcake house a charming bed and breakfast in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—from plates, bowls, and glassware to all the little touches that made it feel like home.The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to reach whenever we had a question. They also provided a helpful app with local information and recommendations, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.One of our favorite parts was the location. We were able to walk into the beautiful historic downtown of Lunenburg, a picturesque seaside town with so much charm, history, and wonderful places to explore. It truly is one of the most beautiful coastal villages we've visited.This trip was especially meaningful for me because I was able to visit the place where my grandmother and great-grandparents grew up. Walking the streets and experiencing the rich history of Lunenburg made this visit unforgettable.If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay in a beautiful setting with welcoming hosts, I highly recommend this B&B. We would happily stay here again!

From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The property was exactly as shown in the photos. Cleanliness and attention to detail was outstanding. Our hosts did a fantastic job of communicating with us and providing so many helpful recommendations! 10/10 would recommend the Cupcake House for a quaint and comfortable home away from home.
