This charming house with a beautiful yard, situated on the picturesque coast of Nova Scotia is a lovely place to escape for a vacation. Located in the UNESCO Heritage town of Lunenburg. With three bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this home can be the perfect oasis for those wanting to explore the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Just a 2 min walk to the Lightship Brewery for a cider, coffee or a bite to eat with the BEST views in Lunenburg.

The space:
A wonderful front Veranda- perfect for sitting on a hot summer day.
Backyard oasis with two decks.
Fully stocked kitchen.
Linens are washed with unscented laundry detergent.
Heat pump for cooling.
2 min walk to the public outside swimming pool and playground.
10 min walk to Bluenose Golf Course.

Other things to note:
10 min walk to the vibrant Lunenburg waterfront full of shops and restaurants and a Farmers Market every Thursday morning close by in the arena. 5 min walk to a walking/biking trail. 15 min. drive to Hirtles Beach in beautiful Kingsburg. 15 mins. to Mahone Bay. 15 mins. to the Lahave Ferry that takes you to the Lahave Bakery. 80 minutes to Stanfield International Airport.

Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and there for our use. Comfortable bed, nearby full bath and lots of fresh towels. The backyard was nicely landscaped and a great spot to hang out on the porch after a fun day of exploration. The host left us lots of information about the area and where to eat,etc. I would highly recommend this rental home.

We can't say enough about this property and our host. It was absolutely perfect, immaculate, close to the Old Town. The weather was perfect - we spent all of our time outdoors on the front porch and back patios. We even got to know the neighbour!

Perfect holiday

The cottage is lovely inside and out. Perfect for sightseeing in Lunenberg and surrounding area or just sitting in the back yard with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The interior is charming and spotless. Better equipped kitchen than mine at home. WiFi made it easy to work remotely when necessary. We were sorry to go and would definitely stay here again!

Lunenburg vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Luneburg, well equipped home with great patios! We made sure to enjoy each patio, dinner on the back patio, coffee in the sun room and reading on the front patio. We also enjoyed our walks into town for dinner and drinks, Thursday mornings market was another highlight for us.

Ideal location

We enjoyed our stay very much, and thought the property was in an ideal location: only 5 mins walk from coffee/pastries in the morning while looking across the water towards town, which offered brewer/cider and light fare in the evenings. Five mins by driving led to a food store. 10-15 mins walking led to the center of town. A peaceful backyard. Lovely!
