Exactly what we needed as a home base to attend a nearby family event - the city park directly next to the rental was perfect for burning off kids' energy.

Fortunately for us, even though the code did not work to get the keys, the deck door was unlocked. The house has been remodeled so it is up to date. The shower drain was clogged. Bathrooms are small. Great TV options. Close to stores.

This was a great space for a group of 5 traveling for a wedding. The host was very communicative & the house was spotless when we arrived with many thoughtful touches.

The house was perfect for our family. Little challenge getting in with the code not working. But other than that is was good. The neighborhood is very nice and seemed pretty quiet. Would stay again.

Phil was a pleasant guest. There was a small issue with accessing the password at check-in, but they communicated well, and we were able to resolve it quickly. They respected the house rules and left the place in good condition. I’d be happy to host them again in the future.

There was a small problem when initially arriving and the entry code didn’t work. Other than that the house is as advertised and worked well for our group of 8. The host was pretty prompt communicating during the blizzard when we advised her that a tree had come down and when we possibly had to extend our stay if flights were canceled. I would just recommend that a shovel be available to guests during the winter. Even though there is a snow removal service, this was a lot of snow during a long duration and would have been helpful.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood quiet. Towels and bedding were nice, pillows and beds comfortable. Only a couple of things...too many keys in the lock box and only one worked in the front door, the other door keys could be left elsewhere. And it would have been helpful to have a notebook with instructions for or helpful hints on thermostat, microwave and TV and include the checkout list. Really, we had a very nice stay and I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Also need to check dresser drawers. A bra was left in master bedroom dresser.

Thank you for your review. Communication during your stay was very limited. I requested that the reservation be updated because it appeared there were more than the two guests booked, but I never received a response. I could have reported this as a Vrbo policy violation, but instead I chose to handle the situation professionally and did not escalate it. I believe honest communication and following booking policies are important for all guests and hosts.
