First of all, Keisha is a rock star! She has been absolutely amazing from the start. Absolutely a 5 star host. The house was perfect for our needs as we were in Portsmouth for a 2 day concert, and we were gone most of the day & night. There are USB ports everywhere which is super convenient. The beds are so comfortable. Completely reasonable cleaning instruction. Quiet neighborhood. House is equipped with everything you need.

We had an amazing experience hosting these guests! Their communication was top-notch, making the check-in and check-out process super smooth. The place was left immaculately clean, and they really seemed to appreciate the space. They were a joy to host, and we really appreciated their respect for our home. Very modern cottage, close to many things in the area. Loved that you had a hot water kettle and desks for WFH tasks.

Working in Chesapeake and staying in this property has been great! The owners have been very communicative through our stay! Close to everything we have needed even close to the beach (25 min away). If you are going to Porstmouth area you should stay here. We will be back for certain

Absolutely Beautiful

House was beautiful. Everything was modern and up to date. Ammenities were endless. The property was spotless. Neighborhood was very relaxing and people were very nice. The host was very nice and there for every need. Thankyou for our wonderful experience!

AMAZING!!! This is by far one of the best VRBO rentals I have had the pleasure of vacationing at! Ms. Dakisha (host) made sure her home represented everything in her advertisement. The rooms were immaculately cleaned. The bedroom comforters smelled like fresh linen! We never ran out of any of the toiletries./towels, etc. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to prep, cook, store, and take out the trash with. The laundry area was stocked with mops, brooms, dust pans, and cleaning supplies, etc. The TVs in all the rooms allowed my family of six to have the space they wanted. Did I say how comfortable the beds were with storage drawers…Very! My favorite spot of the entire home was the front porch! EVERY morning we had coffee and muffins on the porch because all stores/restaurants were minutes away! The neighborhood was friendly, always quiet, and within a short driving distance to any and everything we needed. The backyard patio furniture was a plus as well. Communication with the host was never delayed more than an hour or so. My family and I absolutely LOVED this little piece of real estate heaven. Planning on booking my next stay here soon so I don’t miss out! THANK YOU Ms. Dakisha for sharing your beautifully decorated, cozy, home away from home! We have been here for 10 days and need another 10 days here because it feels like…HOME! See you next year for my family reunion! Blessings! Ps.. thanks for the extra day last minute!

Excellent Stay & Accommodations

Ms. Dakisha is an amazing host! The communication was prompt, check-in was seamless, the property is absolutely beautiful, clean, & in a great location that’s right between grocery stores, shopping & restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and has everything you’ll need to cook and take care of daily personal needs. Laundry room was an extra perk that came in handy because I traveled with a 2 month old. The house is spacious with plenty of room for a family of 3-6. I highly recommend this host and property and will definitely be making this property a favorite and will be returning every time I visit VA. thank you Ms. Dakisha!
