Perched on the second floor of a quiet lakeside building, Lakeview Stay by Clear Trail Properties is your clean, cozy, and ultra-convenient 475 sq. ft. studio condo in the heart of Minocqua, Wisconsin. This blends hotel-style simplicity with thoughtful comforts - ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a base for lake adventures, outdoor exploration, or a relaxing weekend escape.
✔ 475 sq. ft. second-floor studio condo
✔ Queen bed with quality linens (note: no nightstands)
✔ Mini fridge, microwave, and single-serve coffee maker
✔ En-suite full bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries
✔ Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows
✔ Baseboard heating & A/C for year-round comfort
This unit offers everything you need for a relaxing and productive stay with shared spaced and lake access:

✔ Indoor seating area located just outside the unit
✔ Lake access with a shared dock - perfect for relaxing, fishing, or docking your boat
Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.
