The first floor has three bedrooms: a primary suite with its own fireplace and private bath, another primary bedroom with a view of 30A, and a fun bunkroom with two twin-over-twin bunks and a trundle bed. There's even a mini breakfast bar in the hallway, complete with a fridge, microwave, sink, and ice maker, great for coffee runs or poolside drinks.

The second floor is bright, open, and made for laid-back living. Gulf views surround the dining area, kitchen, and a queen bedroom, so no matter where you’re hanging out, the backdrop delivers.

Lounge on the porch, float in the pool, or take a slow walk to the beach. Gulf Place is nearby with shopping, dining, and events if you're feeling social, but Flamingo Blue is just as perfect for a quiet, stay-put kind of day.

Excellent property. Beach access an easy across the street from property. My family really enjoyed the pool and comforts of the home.

We were very disappointed with this property, especially considering the price. Upon arrival, the door code didn’t work, which made for a frustrating start. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. Much smaller than it appeared in the listing, the water and pool deck were filthy with debris and sticks, and the furniture was old and worn out. More concerning, the pool gate was broken, providing no safety barrier for small children. Since the pool is located on the front of the house along busy 30A, this created an additional safety concern. The first floor deck was littered with beach items people left, seems they should have a placeInside, several beds had stained or dirty pillows, one appeared to have someone’s personal pillow, and old quilts were stored throughout the home. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a multi-family rental, with mismatched, disorganized items, no plastic cups or food storage containers, and several broken cabinet doors. The upstairs deck was unusable due to moldy furniture and overgrown palm trees that were swarming with bees and extended onto the deck. There was also no broom or stick vacuum to clean up sand during our stay. Most closets were packed with random items; old TV boxes, baskets, and a wine refrigerator, making the home feel more like someone’s personal vacation house than a premium rental.Overall, this property was not well maintained and was nowhere near worth what we paid. We expected a much higher standard for the price.

Property was overall fine and as described. Oversee who manages it seems incapable. Place was not cleaned when we arrived. It took hours for that to get squared away and we could settle in which is not how you want to start a vacation. I also didn't appreciate oversees request I send a picture of my driver's license in plain text or unencrypted email. The private pool was nice except the floor was rough to the point feet would bleed. Kitchen could use more basic equipment (fry pans, baking sheets, toaster).
