34 Kingston Ln is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 3 bath home located less than 5 minutes from Scarborough State Beach. Equipped with 4 queen sized beds, 1 full sized bed, 2 twin beds, a spacious living area, and a large back yard perfect for summer fun, this property can comfortably sleep a family of 12.

Not going to the beach? No problem. Enjoy the large yard and spacious deck of this property or stay cool in the central air conditioning. 5 minutes from Galilee and the ferry to Block Island and 25 minutes from Jamestown and Newport.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for owner locked areas.

Updated over sized beach rental just steps away from the beach!

a very good month in Narragansett

The house had plenty of bedrooms and a great living room/dining room/ kitchen layout to accommodate a family. It was a very convenient location to all the local beaches. We would stay there again.

Family Beach House

Nice clean roomy house with good space for a group inside and out and a well supplied kitchen. Close to beaches and restaurants and Point Judith Light House. Even better if there was propane in the gas grill tanks, adequate supply of toilet paper was provided, and outdoor shower didn’t have a significant leak.

Spacious, Clean and Air Conditioned

House was exactly as pictured/described (with the exception of the master being a king mattress, not a queen). The bedrooms were all a good size. We particularly enjoyed the large deck and back yard space. All in all we had a great week.

Awsome vacation

My impression was great The on-listing indicated inaccurate size of beds which caused a problem with the linen rental company as I ordered linens based upon the description of the beds given to me by VRBO and the rental agency.The Master bedroom contains a KING bed, not Queen. That is my only complaint.

Family Beach Week

We started off with our bad impression due to extremely soiled mattress pads, blackened fry pans and baking sheets, a ripped and very old sofa, broken rattan furniture on the deck, fridge drawers that were broken and non operative, inoperative bathroom fan and mold around bathtub. The management company helped by replacing the cookware and one mattress pad. They were unable to find a replacement for the twin bed Overall impression was a this property has not been maintained or updated. We don't recommend anyone stay here.
