Charming family-friendly 3-bedroom house in beautiful Bonnet Shores neighborhood

Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Narragansett retreat. This cool house features 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and A queen sized air mattress is also available. There are 2 full newly renovated bathrooms with showers. Enjoy the amenities such as central AC, WiFi, a fully supplied kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There are 3 rooms with couches and TV’s. The deck is right off of the newly applianced kitchen and has a new barbecue grill. Parking is available in the driveway for 4 vehicles. This location is 1 mile from the private Kelly Beach, which is available to Bonnet residents only and their guests with no fees (beach chairs and coolers are in the shed). Although there is no parking for cars at Kelly Beach, a shuttle bus is available on weekends for transportation in summer months. Many guests drop off their family members and walk or bicycle back to the beach. There is bicycle parking available at the beach as well. The house is also a short walk to “little beach” with views of Jamestown and the Newport Bridge. Beautiful Narragansett beaches and many excellent restaurants are just a short drive away. This location is also very convenient for day trips to Newport, Watch Hill, Jamestown and the University of Rhode Island. Please message the owner for more details. We had a great stay here!The home was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It fit all our needs. Paul was a great host and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this home to friends and stay here again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay this August here. The place was very clean, including the grill and outside surfaces. The owner allowed us to check in a few hours early and was responsive during our trip. The location is fantastic and really a hidden gem. The beach was the perfect family beach (not crowded, great sand, calm and clear waters). We enjoyed the area around as well and found great restaurants within 5 miles as well as anything else we could need. We will return.

Fully stocked for a family/group with thoughtful touches -- and perfect location for a South County/Newport/Block Island getaway. Spotlessly clean, updated baths kitchen laundry HVAC, comfy beds & ample space to spread out extra kids/friends, plus a lovely deck & small grassy yard. Just a short drive from our fave Narragansett beaches and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood setting. Swimming at Kelly Beach was perfect for big & little kids, especially at sunset. Even the shed has cornhole, bikes & beach chairs! Host was easily available, and check in was seamless. This is the plum VRBO listing that's *even better* than the photos -- we've done local rentals at comparable rates for far fewer amenities. We would love to return for a longer stay!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and one of the cleanest and most organized my group has stayed in — and it’s even better than the pictures. Paul was also very easy to communicate with throughout our stay, and helpful with beach / transport recommendations. Love the Bonnet Shores area.

Great Stay in Narragansett

My family and I had a great stay at this home in Narragansett. We used it as a base to take day trips into Newport. The neighborhood this home is located in is Bonnet Shores. There's a great beach nearby, Kelly Beach, which is beautiful and for locals only. The house itself was great. Everything looks to be recently updated and in great condition. The house was clean and had new appliances. I would recommend this home to a family who wants to explore nearby Newport or the general area of Narragansett. Paul was also very accommodating and answered any questions I had very promptly.

First Rate

The house itself is a very nice place with a great layout. Everything in the home is up to date and modern. The rooms are good size and there are plenty of gathering areas both inside the house and outside. The house is well stocked (in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms) with everything you may need. Our point of contact, Paul, was very good at communicating with us and would respond very quickly to any question or concern I had. He even came by the house to fix some wires on a reclining as it was acting up a bit (even after I told him it wasn’t necessary he still came by and fixed the issue). The location of the house is on a quiet street but close to a good number of restaurants and a short drive to several beaches. We opted to go to Scarborough State Beach (17 minutes away) and Narragansett Beach (about 10 minutes away). We bought a season pass for the state beach and went to the city beach after 5 pm as it was free at that time. If we vacation in the Narragansett area again we’ll be sure to check on the availability of this property. Would definitely stay there again.

We have rented vacation homes for over 35 years and Paul’s property is one of the best! We would take a quick drive to drop off all of the “stuff” at Kelly Beach & someone would bike or walk back. The house is spotless with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels & everyday items that made our stay so easy. Very nice gas grill with an extra LP tank if needed. The house is updated inside & out with several nice seating/ table arrangements to enjoy the deck/ yard. Beds were comfortable. The central a/c was much appreciated with the heat this week! Paul is very responsive and we hope to come back!
