OAK HOUSE RULES-
*1) No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside by the front door, parking lot, or . Including vaping, e cigarettes, recreational smoking or medical smoking is not allowed. NO recreational or prescription smoking is permitted. No smoking inside or outside of the house.
No Marijuana please.
*2)1 or 2 adults max. Due to the “Nature of the Property”. Sorry No Children are Allowed.
*3) All Guests Must be at least 25 Years Old. ONLY registered guests are allowed in the house.
*4) All guests are required to submit a Valid Government ID (Valid Driver's License or Valid Passport.) This is required for each guest. Please submit once we approve the inquiry via VRBO text-app.
Please submit the ID's within 24 hours max, or the reservation will be cancelled.
When guests are check-in the same day, they need to submit submitting the IDs, within 2 hours once we accept the inquiry-reservation, or the reservation will be cancelled.
If guests have a visit they must submit their driver's licenses of their guest. No sleeping over is allowed. Pls respect the house rules.
*4a) When reservation is for 2 guests we need to confirm BOTH guests read & agreed to All the house rules. (This is required due to bad experience w- other guests).
*5)*When guests stay for over 2 weeks, we will need access to the house Twice a month just to check everything is working well like plumbing, electricity and to change the air filter when needed.

*6) NO Pets are allowed on the premises (inside and outside). We have allergies, sorry no pets at all including emotional support pets or service pets.
We have severe allergies we even carry an Epi-pen because we get hives due to the allergies.
*7) No parties allowed.

*9)The house it's attached to another home, you will have your privacy as you have the Entire place. However, please be Mindful and Respectful to the other people in the home attached, you might hear TV or music, if playing too loud.
*10) No bicycles, electrical bicycles, scooters, ETC or any kind of transportation (for work or recreational) are ALLOWED INSIDE the apartment . They can be leaved outside by the front yard at guest’s Risk. We DO NOT have any storage, gate, garage ETC to park above transportation outside the house. Under no circumstances we cannot allow bicycles, electrical bicycles, scooters, ETC inside the house. No electrical transportation is permitted to be charged from the house.
*10A) NO candles, can cause fires.
*11) NO redecorating, re- arranging or moving furniture around the house is permitted. If guest(s) need an special accommodation contact Us before moving any furniture in the house. Furniture and floors can get damaged.
*12) Quite hours 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM
13) Check in 3:00 PM
14) Check out at 10 AM
If both guests agree to ALL the house rules, we would love to have you as our guest (s).
