This is a really nice new home with beautiful furnishings and comfy beds. Having a garage was a nice plus. Quiet, convenient area. Host communication was quick and friendly. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The home was clean; however there were issues accessing the property apparantly due too some on-going repairs with the entry gate. The home is located in a poorly lighted area and each moment we entered/exited, we had to physically exit our vehicles to manually enter the gate code on the back of the property (gate fob was inoperable). Not the safest, especially for my young daughter who arrived prior to the parents. Being that I was in communication multiple times with the property owner/manager prior to our stay, I would expect this information to have been communicated to me in advance. Upon leaving the last day, we had to awaken other neighbors around 4am to allow us to exit the one working entry point, as their vehicles were blocking the shared alley/driveway. On a scale of 1-10, we definitely rank this maybe as a 4. Additionally, there was a claim filed against insurance for damages to a bed that no one ever utilized.
