The apartment was very clean and neat. In a good location of town to where you’re not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to everything easily. Had some really good restaurants and a fun thrift shop within walking distance. Would stay here again!

オーナーのプロフィール画像
Hi! I'm from Texas and love hosting—it lets me share spaces I’ve put a lot of heart into. I enjoy traveling, good food, and meeting people from all over. I became a host because I enjoy creating comfortable, welcoming spaces for others to enjoy.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose to host in Bryan Place because it offers the perfect blend of urban convenience and neighborhood charm. Its just east of downtown Dallas, it's close to vibrant areas like Deep Ellum and the Arts District, yet maintains a peaceful, community-oriented atmosphere. The neighborhood's walkability, diverse architecture, and proximity to parks like Exall Park make it an ideal spot for guests looking to experience the best of Dallas.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Its designed to feel like your own private retreat in the heart of the city. What makes it special is the balance: you’re minutes from downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The space itself is thoughtfully styled, full of natural light, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home — whether you're here for work, rest, or play. Guests often tell me it feels like a hidden gem in Dallas.
