We spent 6 days and had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable, plenty of linens. The beach was perfect! Not crowded at all and the beach service was awesome! We met wonderful people as well. Everyone was relaxed and so laid back.I also just to mention how wonderful the property manager Carolyn was. She made our stay even better! She was very responsive from the time we booked and throughout our stay. We would definitely love to stay again!

Spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach. Condo was spottless and the beds were very comfortable. Balcony was great for early morning coffee or a late night totty. We highly recommend and plan on staying again.

Owner was amazing to work with and loved having the beach set-up. Beach was not very crowded either due to small size of building.

This was a great condo for our 5 day trip to Destin. Great location, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved having the ocean just steps from the building. Fit our family of 6 perfectly!

Although the condo was very clean, the moldy smell was strong and quite unpleasant. Except for the odor I would definitely book #903 again. Love the rocking chair on the balcony and the view is wonderful.

Rental unit was big and roomy. Balcony is large enough to fit entire family. Unit was clean with plenty of towels in bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo - as described

We had an awesome stay. Everything in the condo was completely as advertised. The place was clean, very well furnished and had excellent views for the 9th floor. Everything was close to our location. Definitely will book again.

You Can’t Go Wrong If You Stay Here

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in unit 903 is the second time we have stayed at Breakers East. We loved last year and we weren’t disappointed this year. The unit was very clean and ready to be lived in when we arrived. This unit is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. To have both a crock pot and an air fryer was a bonus. There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity if you’re not into cooking. Breakers East is a smaller building compared to some of the very big high rises in the area. But that’s what makes it a nice place for an extended stay. Every unit faces the Gulf of Mexico and you can’t go wrong sitting on the balcony taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. We have loved our stay here the past two years and have already. Poked a stay for next year.

Fav Beach Condo

Love this condo. Beautiful decor. It was fully stocked on everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed at the Breakers for years but this is by far our favorite condo! The staff was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely be back!

Last minute trip

Beaches East is a great building. Right on the beach so you are not crossing any roadways (great for families). The unit was as advertised. We have stayed in many areas of Florida and enjoy the Destin area the most. The white sand and green/blue clear waters can't be beat for those travelling from the north who want to access the ocean beaches without travelling further south into Florida. The area surrounding Beaches East offers close by shopping for groceries and last minute items you may have forgot for the beach! We will be back as a family as soon as we can!
