Great Place

The place was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time on the beautiful beach and the kids loved swimming in the heated pool.

Great View

Rental unit was big and roomy. Balcony is large enough to fit entire family. Unit was clean with plenty of towels in bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo - as described

We had an awesome stay. Everything in the condo was completely as advertised. The place was clean, very well furnished and had excellent views for the 9th floor. Everything was close to our location. Definitely will book again.

Fav Beach Condo

Love this condo. Beautiful decor. It was fully stocked on everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed at the Breakers for years but this is by far our favorite condo! The staff was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely be back!

Great unit

Great stay - power went out multiple times which caused elevator not to work - we had to make several trips via stairs which was not good - Had pickleball/ tennis on property. Close to everything . Beach was great!

Beautiful condo in Destin

Beautifully renovated condo! Communication will property manager was excellent and very helpful. Condo was well furnished. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim. Will use again for sure!!

Better than expected!

Very clean; kitchen well stocked; plenty of towels; liked the tall chairs on balcony. Only negative: no medium/large plastic bowls for salad, popcorn…otherwise no complaints!

Last minute trip

Beaches East is a great building. Right on the beach so you are not crossing any roadways (great for families). The unit was as advertised. We have stayed in many areas of Florida and enjoy the Destin area the most. The white sand and green/blue clear waters can't be beat for those travelling from the north who want to access the ocean beaches without travelling further south into Florida. The area surrounding Beaches East offers close by shopping for groceries and last minute items you may have forgot for the beach! We will be back as a family as soon as we can!

Beautiful beach location

Thanks Ms. Carol for sharing your condo. It was beautifully decorated, spacious for the five of us. We appreciate access to the beach chairs. The only thing I would add is basic spices for cooking. The kitchen was well equipped otherwise. The location is phenomenal to the grocery stores, restaurants, and fun activities for the kids. We will definitely be renting from you again. Also thanks for all of your prompt responses. See you next year!

I loved the beachy but tasteful decor. The balcony was spacious & private. You can't beat the wonderful view of the Gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Breakers East is great. I liked that it wasn't a huge complex. It has easy access to the beach. The condo also came with a complementary beach set up which we much appreciated.
