Step Into Your Private 900 sq ft Retreat
Enjoy a completely private walk-out guesthouse with its own entrance through the fully fenced backyard. Inside, you’ll find three distinct living spaces designed for comfort: a serene bedroom, a modern bathroom, a welcoming living room with bar, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom features a plush queen memory foam bed, while additional sleeping options include an inflatable queen mattress. Egress window is located next to the bedroom in the living room.

The beautifully renovated kitchen opens to a walk-out patio where you can sip coffee or cocktails while overlooking a tranquil pond, grazing animals, and one of St. Peters’ last remaining farms.

Conveniently located just off Mid Rivers Mall Drive, you’ll have easy access to shopping and dining, with Highways 70 and 364 only 7 minutes away. Explore Main Street St. Charles in 20 minutes or Downtown St. Louis in 40. Walking trails are also nearby for outdoor enjoyment.

Your guesthouse is thoughtfully stocked with kitchen essentials, a coffee maker, fresh towels, toiletries, and a 65” Smart TV with complimentary Netflix for cozy evenings in.

This home was amazing!! My dog, cat and I spent 3 months with this host and everything was perfect! Woke up every morning and got to know the farm animals that back up to their property, feeding the emu’s apples was definitely a highlight. Home is vey spacious and everything we needed was provided. I definitely will treasure the time I spent here as one of my best trips and will definitely return if I have the opportunity!!

Perfectly appointed property from amenities inside to lighted walk-ways outside. Excellent location (for us) to family, friends, and the highway! Very serene area and felt totally safe at all times - even walking to the car at night by myself.

Beautiful neighborhood

The host provided detailed and clear instructions for accessing the property. The house was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the host was prompt and responsive when we had any questions. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere and pleasant neighborhood made for an enjoyable stay and to walk our fur baby!

Lovely Find

This was a really spacious place to stay and was super great. The main bed was very comfortable. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of ice in the freezer and a filter water pitcher as well. The view and patio were really great with the nice weather. They had all the extras we needed.

We needed a space while we vacated our home undergoing renovation. Knowing work could go longer than projected, Tina was willing work with us on flexibility beyond our target dates! We were delighted when we arrived. It was so much more spacious than we envisioned. And the patio area and pastoral view were SO restful. Our daughter needed to make use of the air mattress. It was a TOP line mattress. Tina's space lacked for nothing in the necessities and comforts. Loved her selection of books and games available. FANTASTIC value! Definitely keeping her space in mind for when family or friends come for an extended visit and need personal space in the future. Great find!

For those who enjoy getting outdoors, you'll be happy to know we're within walking distance to Woodlands Park. The area also boasts surrounding walking trails throughout, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk. Enjoy the tranquility!
