Nestled in paradise, this oasis boasts 11 units with our 3-bed, 3-bath unit on the secure middle floor of the rear building. Enjoy privacy in a gourmet kitchen, spacious living room, hi-speed Wifi, cable with US broadcast stations and dine inside or on the expansive balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the beach. Featuring two bedrooms with King beds and en-suite baths, plus a third with a queen bed, our unit accommodates 6 guests. Great set up!

Property was great! People were super to work with. Beautiful pool area and wonderful access to the beach. Unfortunately we were without water for 2 days due to a pump breaking. Zindis brought us drinking water and we made it work. We lost WiFi the last two days which meant turning on phones which was an added expense.

Could have been better

Two issues. The place was clean but The unit had a sewer smell that came and went. And the third bedroom is not connected with the unit. It’s right next to it via a gated patio. I did not see that in the description. But great location and pool and beach were perfect.

Beautiful

This property location was absolutely perfect. Morning walks on the beach or splendid. Sitting on her balcony has a jungle environment with all of the palm trees. They could not have asked for a more beautiful home to spend our family vacation in. Also, location is very close to several restaurants.

Great Time in Guanacaste

This property was spacious and very nicely kept. It was as described, except on of the bedrooms it’s outside the main home, attached and still secure by the gate. The view is NOT of the beach as the pictures list. You have to take a short walk towards the pool and you’ve got beach access. You have everything you need but it does not cool as much as you have to keep the thermostat at 73 to not freeze the pipes. Cell signal is not great in this area so you have to purchase an international plan if you’ll need access to your phone. There was wifi, however it did not work the entire time we were there until the LAST day of our stay. Make sure you check the house as you check in, we found a few broken items after they left and had to report. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to stay, secure gate and access to everything you’d need. Would recommend.

Tropical scenery and gorgeous views abound in Costa Rica. A drive east takes you to Monteverde's Cloud Forests and Vulcan de Arenal in just in 2.5 hrs.
