Peaceful and quiet, this retreat sits on a dirt road with easy in-and-out access. Just 10 minutes from the Paint Mines and 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, and other amazing attractions, it’s perfectly located for both relaxation and adventure.

We offer private parking conveniently located in front of our garage—just keep about 8 feet to the left of the trash can. It’s best to park facing outward for easy exit, especially during snowstorms or emergencies. Our circular driveway allows for smooth entry and exit, perfect for trailers like horse or travel trailers. Plus, unwind and enjoy our wonderful hot tub for a truly relaxing experience.

We enjoy greeting our guests in person and saying hello, but we also respect everyone`s need for privacy. We`re always happy to recommend the best local restaurants and exciting places to explore. We especially encourage a visit to the charming town of Peyton, home to historic buildings, a farmers market, artisan shops, and a cozy coffee spot that serves delicious food.

It’s important to stay hydrated—you`re in a high-altitude, dry desert climate where altitude sickness can occur. Winter weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared with proper gear like boots and possibly snow chains.
