This one-bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor, and it features high ceilings, abundant natural light, and quality materials, including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two decks, with one off the bedroom. Spread out on the king-sized bed, and watch your favorite programs on either of the tv's. Or, soak in the bath, while your sweetheart bathes in the separate shower!
Public transportation, from light-rail trains, to busses, is abundant in this area. There is also storage in the building for a bicycle, and there are Lime scooters for rent in a rack across the street. If you intend to bring a vehicle, there is abundant street parking available.

Midtown Sacramento is one of the most convenient, walkable, and artistic neighborhoods in Sacramento. It features historic Victorian and Craftsman homes, with cute bungalows in between, along with modern apartments. The tree lined streets, and local coffee shops, and restaurants, add to the ambiance, along with murals by local, and regional, artists.
