- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. Be respectful to the neighbors.
- Enjoy Mission Beach but please do not bring the party home.
- No extra guests on property at any time without prior approval from the host.
- No smoking of any kind in or on the property. $500 fee if caught.
- No commercial use of property including commercial photography or any personal services.
- No pets without approval. Breed and size restrictions. If approved, do not leave pet unattended and please pick up after them. No barking. No pets on furniture.
- We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear - such as towels and chairs. If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
- We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
- Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn't a prior approved late checkout.
