SUMMARY
Welcome to “Penthouse,” our premier top level view suite with sweeping panoramic City, Ocean, Bay, & Firework views! Situated just 1 property to the ocean in the heart of Mission Beach, this bright & sunny 4th level unit is the ideal place to watch sunrises with a cup of coffee or evening sunsets with a glass of wine your very own sky deck. Other features of this 1bd + 1ba home include views from the entire main living area, 1 parking, a/c unit in bedroom, onsite laundry, beach gear, & sleeps 4.
OUR HOME
As you step into the home you'll be greeted with a bright & sunny open floorplan main living area with incredible panoramic views. The living room includes a sofa sleeper, SMART TV, accent chair, & bistro dining for 2. Off the living room is your very own sky deck, our favorite spot to enjoy morning sunrises over the bay, evening sunsets over the ocean, & night time Sea World fireworks during certain times of the year!
You'll enjoy cooking while overlooking blue sky views in our open kitchen, fully equipped with bar seating, stainless steel appliance, & a full set of kitchenware. Off kitchen is a bedroom complete with a Queen size bed, accent chair, spacious mirrored closet, portable a/c unit to help keep cool during warm periods, & an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination.
PARKING & OTHER FEATURES
• Parking includes 1 covered/gated space
• Views from main living area, kitchen, & bedroom! Views include Ocean, Bay, Sea World Fireworks, & City views to Downtown
• Beach gear including boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, sand toys
• Washer dryer located in parking garage that is shared amongst other units in the building, paid
• There is a portable A/C unit for the bedroom to help keep cool during warmer periods

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements
Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy
Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings
Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• Reservation Confirmation
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
