Our first time in Santa Cruz. Wonderful home! Slightly dated but very clean. Garage parking! Views to die for. Could walk to great beaches, coffee shops, great grocery stores and wine bars. Close to Rte 1. The only downside is the house is at the corner of a busy intersection. The hosts were very responsive. We will be back!

Lovely house with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to Natural Bridges. We loved the dining room alcove to play board games on and the pingpong table in the garage. Hosts were extremely welcoming. Only caveat is that traffic out front can get busy and loud in the evening, but by 10pm it was quiet and peaceful to drift off to sleep to the roar of the ocean.

Such a beautiful relaxing beach home! The kitchen is well stocked :). The hosts were excellent with clear, easy instructions and very responsive. I would definitely go back and enjoy this comfortable beach house again!

Beautiful location, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything was extremely convenient couldn’t be better for a Santa Cruz experience. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a comfortable house in a fun location right across from the beach and the path along the ocean. Our teens had a great time playing ping pong in the garage. It is a bit noisy due to the traffic on the street but worth it for the fun beach vibes. We would definitely stay here again!

Oceanfront, beautiful views from Cliff Drive. Photos don’t show it, but Cliff Drive is packed on weekends with heavy, noisy traffic of the cars, motorcycles and e-bikes exceeding 25mph speed limit. There were many friendly pedestrians saying hello! Enjoyed the experience of morning coffee on the front porch with gorgeous ocean views. House is great, very welcoming, quiet mornings and evenings. Dog friendly back patio, beautiful landscape front, back and side yards. There are signs of age, 2of 3 king bed mattresses are overdue for replacement. Comfy living room chairs are showing age and wear spots. Window blinds and sliders throughout the house need repair/upgrade. Kitchen is packed with high end Mikasa dinner and glassware, All-Clad cookware and many utensils. There was no room in any of the cupboards for dry food storage so we had to use countertops. There was no 2nd refrigerator in the garage but there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a ping-pong table. Hosts are very friendly and were great about responding. The house is in a fantastic location which made up for any issues referenced here. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Would rent again.

Great 3 bedroom house directly on the ocean drive. Monterey Bay was literally across the street. weather was great. people are very friendly. the house is welcoming. we were met by owners rep who showed us everything including extras like wood for fireplace, boogie boards, ping pong table, etc. good parking (2 spaces). Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook, BBQ, prep (3 different coffee makers!), Lots of towels and very hot water. It is an easy distance to the Boardwalk, the Warf (restaurants), light house and downtown. There is a walking trail along the ocean. nice beaches and lots of wildlife like birds, seals, etc. watching the sailboats from the living room couch was a real plus for us. It is an easy drive from San Jose Airport, and to the university and local attractions. Many thanks to Karri and Matt (and Cindy) for a great stay.

Terrific place on the Santa Cruz cliffs!

Super comfortable, and well appointed, spot ideally located on West Cliff Drive. We enjoyed a wonderful 6 night stay, and everything was perfect for myself, husband, adult children and terrier pup! Would come back again in a minute!

The Best Spot on West Cliff!

We had a lovely time at this rental. We enjoyed strolling along West Cliff and walking to restaurants. Home was clean and spacious. Matt was great with being flexible for our check in and warmly welcoming us. Will absolutely stay here again!
