コテージは改装済みで、とてもきれいです。 あなたの便宜のために2016年に新しい淡水井戸が設置されたので、湖水への依存は不要です。 新しい浄化システムも2017年に設置されており、ほとんどのインテリア家具は新品です。

Anyone fortunate enough to stay at Cozy Haven will have beautiful memories to last a lifetime. Setting is on a gorgeous Maine pond where you have loons lull you to sleep. Our stay on Labor Day provided warm waters to swim and enjoy the pond. Owners Mark and Laurie go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and happy. We used the location to day trip to the Bar Harbor, Deer Isle, Bangor area. The rental had all amenities including kayaks, canoe, and kitchen well stocked for cooking in. Perfect stay and looking forward to returning!

Really nice cabin on a quiet, beautiful Maine lake.

Lovely and accommodating owners - fully equipped kitchen, games, books, kayaks, fire pit, comfy beds, dock - everything one could need to take full advantage of all Maine has to offer. We hope to visit again!

Lovely setting

We stayed at Cozy Haven for a week while visiting family. We had a few side trips to Acadia and Ellsburg. Enjoyed the screen porch every morning with coffee and dinner at night. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Very clean! All of our needs were met at this cozy cabin.

Kayaks were so much fun. We passed the time kayaking, laying in the hammock and swimming. The sunsets are amazing! We hope to return again.

Peaceful

The property was rustic, cozy, charming and very clean. The owners provided every modern comfort and convenience and even some extra touches that impressed us all. The pond was warm/clean and the close location to Acadia National Park was perfect.

Peaceful and Relaxing Cabin

Enjoyed Toddy Haven. Was relaxing and peaceful. Cabin was exceptionally clean. Had some trouble getting out of steep driveway so suggest parking at top if you don't have 4WD.

I wish we had a longer vacation to enjoy this lovely getaway spot on Toddy Pond. The swimming was great, the loons were friendly and so were the fish. The cabin in a quintessential lake home but with many upgrades and very well equipped. The kids are ready to go back ASAP.

Wonderful cottage on a beautiful Maine lake

Our second year at this location. It's a great spot on a beautiful crystal clear lake in Maine. Cottage is exactly as described by listing, very quiet and peaceful. Easy day trip to Acadia for day hikes and great walks along the rocky shores of Bar Harbor. Owner's are friendly and responsive to any questions or requests.

Perfect week at Toddy

It was a great week at Toddy Pond! Toddy Haven has everything we needed and more. Super clean and plenty of room. Such a great location, close to everything, but quiet and relaxing too. Plenty of fishing and swimming all day and sounds of the loons every night! We could not have for a better week! Highly recommend Toddy Haven!

Cozy Haven is a perfect name!

There is so much to love about this place. So peaceful. So secure. In addition, it is clean, feels new, and is welcoming. Mark (owner) gave us a welcoming call on check-in to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. We loved our stay and left feeling refreshed. : )

Great vacation!!

What an incredible trip! The house was perfect. Attention to detail was second to none. We had a great time fishing, kayaking and swimming in the lake. Having the kayaks available to use along with fishing gear was awesome. Mark and Laurie were the perfect hosts. Linens and towels were provided and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials needed to cook. Close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Highly recommend this great getaway.

Share with Neighbors; Close to Acadia

The cottage was nice. Very thankful we didn’t meet another vehicle on the road to get there. It was very narrow. Once there, everything in the cottage was great. I didn’t realize how close the neighbors would be, but it worked out fine. Loved that it was easy to get to Acadia for a day trip.

Beautiful spot on the pond

We had a great time at the house and pond. The location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and hiking spots. It’s about an hour drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Great pond mountain is a few minutes away. It was a nice hike and beautiful view. The house came with a full kitchen, kayaks, canoes and fire pit. Don’t be discouraged by the term pond. The pond was pretty large. We look forward to a future trip here!

Wonderful water front cabin

Toddy Haven is the perfect Maine away! We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and generally relaxing on the nice dock. Sunsets and night skies were gorgeous and it was all even better with the loons calling. The cabin is very well organized with everything we needed. It's super clean and the layout is quintessential Maine with large windows that open out onto the porch. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and just found the cabin to be very cozy and comfortable. From the kitchen to the kayaks, Mark and Laurie have thought of everything and are very considerate hosts. The location is also close to shopping in Bucksport. We definitely recommend this cabin.

Great getaway

Today pond was a beautiful place for a nice little get away! It’s in a nice private area and having the water right out front with the dock is so beautiful. The fire pit and benches were very nice as well, we had a bonfire two out of the 3 nights. The cabin itself was fine, beds were comfy, nice linens, things were clean, it’s a little outdated and the bathroom is off of the porch so you have to go out into the cold to use the bathroom which is not ideal. But overall it was a great experience, the owners did a good job communicating and left breakfast items/snacks which was nice. It was a beautiful location and we had a great time!!

Everything a "5 Star" per our 5 yr old

We loved our stay at Toddy Haven! Everything from the power outage (caused by a big storm) to the little personal touches made this experience an extremely memorable one for us. Mark came out to check on us and while we were chatting, the lights came on! (My 5yr old thought he performed magic). Both our girls loved the bunkhouse and my husband got to build a fire two nights in a row, which he thoroughly enjoyed! We would recommend this house and property for anyone looking for a place of solace, beauty, and inspiration, especially in the fall! Thank you, Fowler's!

Wonderful family Get Away that provided long lasting memories

Our family (4 adults and 2 children) spent several days at Toddy Haven and had a wonderful time! Although it rained for the first day or so, it did not stop us from catching lots of fish off the dock, enjoying the snacks Laurie and Mark left for us and reading in the warm and cozy living room. Toddy Haven was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels and soft bedding. The Bunk House was a favorite for our son and grandson with a heater and comfortable bunkbeds. The property is only a few steps from crystal clear Toddy Pond and can we were able to sit on the dock and see the children while we sat on the enclosed porch. Fishing gear and life jackets were ready for us to use and the four kayaks made fishing easy and the sunset off both the dock and from the kayaks were fantastic! We would love to return again to this almost magical place and make even more memories. Thank you Mark and Laurie for sharing Toddy Haven with us!

Mark is an entrepreneur, a retired pastor, former professor, husband, and proud father. After living overseas for 14 years in Ecuador, we returned to our home state of Maine. Mark likes to sail, fish, build, paint and plays pool. Laurie is a musician, writer, wife and devoted mother. She likes to read, hike, garden and cook. We enjoy going out to new restaurants, sight-seeing, traveling, going to movies and concerts together. Our favorite destinations to date have been Mexico and Italy, and we look forward to visiting the British Isles one day. We have been married for 45 years and have 4 children who have all flown the coop but come around every so often with our seven grandchildren; all to our great delight!

Though situated just 7/10s of a mile off Route 1, it is such a peaceful and secluded spot here. The lake is deep and clean and the fishing is great. Nearly every evening and morning, loons can be heard gently calling across the water.
