Wake to tropical warmth, spend your mornings drifting between the shared pool and the beach, and return each evening to a full home that feels genuinely restful.



The space

This entire condo sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms. A private entrance and keypad self check-in mean arrival is seamless, and the single-level layout makes moving through the home effortless. An elevator in the building adds further ease, particularly for guests arriving with luggage, strollers, or beach gear.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer flexible configurations for families or small groups, with 5 beds across the rooms to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Room-darkening shades help you sleep in after a full day out, while closet storage, hangers, extra pillows, blankets, and cotton bed linens keep everything comfortable and organized throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well set up for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper group dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses, along with dishes, silverware, and cooking basics including pots and pans. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and barbecue utensils are available for outdoor grilling on the BBQ grill.



Outdoor living

Step out onto your private patio or balcony, furnished and ready for morning coffee or an evening unwind. The backyard provides additional open-air space, and a hammock offers one more reason to slow down. Shared beach access puts the sand and sea within easy reach, while paid resort access opens up additional nearby facilities. The outdoor pool is available year-round for a refreshing dip between outings.



Beach extras & activities

Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head straight to the shore without a checklist. Bikes and a kayak are also available for guests who want to explore the coastline or surrounding area at their own pace.



Comfort & convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the condo cool throughout your stay. Wifi and TV are both available, and a dedicated workspace with a door offers a quiet area for anyone who needs to stay connected. A free in-unit washer makes it easy to rinse out beach clothes and stay fresh during longer visits. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are both available. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



For families

The condo includes thoughtful touches for guests travelling with young children: a paid crib, a pack 'n play/travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all available. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are in place for peace of mind.

Nuevo Vallarta sits along Banderas Bay on Mexico's Pacific coast, known for its wide beaches, calm waters, and a relaxed pace that invites you to stay longer than planned. Average temperatures hover around 28°C year-round, and the waterfront location means the sound and sight of the ocean are never far away - whether you're exploring the shoreline, finding a quiet spot in the sand, or simply taking in the steady coastal air from your balcony.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__6__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
