This was our second stay at this resort, and we continue to love it — clean, quiet, great staff, and an easy 30-minute walk to Bucerías for fantastic dinners. Brenda was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive.We were two couples in a spacious two-bedroom unit with a huge balcony and comfortable living areas. The second bedroom, with its own entrance, worked perfectly for us and was well equipped.A few small updates would make this an easy “return again” rental: brighter lighting, lighter décor to offset the low natural light, sharper kitchen knives, a kettle and a full set of four wine glasses. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return to Villa La Estancia.

El departamento esta muy completo, la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. La limpieza del lugar muy buena.Tuvimos problemas con em clima que el staff de Las Estancias resovio de inmediato. La sala necesita una buena limpieza o retapizada pues se siente sucia y con olores. Las camas colchones no son muy comodas tambien necesitan cambiarse o al menos poner colchonetas para que no se sientan los resortes Extremadamente amable todo el personal de Las Estancias siempre pendientes de que estuvieramos contentos.

Nice room, plenty of space

Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles.

Another great stay

Spent 12 days at La Estancia…our second visit and loved it. Only spent 2 days in 1507 as we moved out of another unit to extend our stay. Unit was great, Brenda was responsive when I reached out to sneak in the extra days. Estancia is beautiful, the staff outstanding (special mention to Raul who greeted us and made our first stay memorable and who was the first face we saw on our return, Jose and Ernesto were awesome at making us comfortable at the pool or beach and Eduardo at La Casona). Resort was clean, pools perfect, and we love the beach and proximity to Bucerías where we never fail to find great restaurants. Hope to return soon!

A Very Good Stay!

We had a great stay in Villa L’Estancia at Brenda’s condo. She was very responsive with my questions before our trip…communication was excellent! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was a lot of space to lounge and relax in the suite and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom amenities were a nice touch. We had one issue with check in but the owner was responsive and all was dealt with quickly. We will definitely return.

Brenda's place is fantastic! Has everything you need to cook in or dine out. Easy check-in process. Brenda was always quick to respond to questions and provided all the information we needed to make our stay easy and carefree. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the access to the pool and beach just outside your door. A quick walk on a newly created trail to Bucerias was an added bonus. We loved every minute. Thank you!

Beautiful and relaxing!

This is a beautiful property and a very well-appointed and comfortable villa. Very relaxing and quiet and away from the crowds, but just a short cab ride away from restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. We will be back!

Perfect Location
