This cozy, family-friendly villa is nestled in a gated resort just minutes from Disney attractions— without the hassle of I-4 traffic! As soon as you exit the neighborhood, the entrance to US 192 takes you right to Disney World. Complete w/ a private pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. The resort is packed with amenities the whole family will love: Clubhouse, Mini golf, Heated resort-style pool, Hot Tub, Playground, Fitness Center, and more!

The pool is additionally equipped with a removable pool safety fence.
Optional Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per night. If you’d like to add this to your stay, just let us know after booking. We’ll send a secure payment request through VRBO for the total amount. Please note, pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper warming!

My wife and I chose this neighborhood because of its unbeatable location—just minutes from Disney, yet tucked away from the traffic that often builds up with all the new construction and highway congestion in the area. At the edge of Four Corners, this gated community offers the perfect balance: close to the magic, but peaceful and private.
We were drawn to the charming European feel of the neighborhood, its walkability, and the sense of safety it offers for families. Whether we're enjoying a quiet morning stroll or unwinding in the serene surroundings, this place truly feels like a retreat.
