Welcome to Seagrape Village, a boutique four-unit Gulf-front complex located on the quiet and sought-after East End of Sanibel Island. This townhome-style, raised stilt condo spans the entire first living level, offering the privacy and feel of a single-family beach house with beautiful coastal surroundings.

•Gulf-front location with direct beach access
•Quiet East End location close to shops, restaurants, and bike paths
•Spacious townhome-style layout ideal for families and small groups
•Sleeps up to 8 guests

The perfect retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ideally located on Sanibels East End with wonderful views of the sea from the terrace.

Awesome! Looks brand new. Gorgeous Location, steps away from beautiful beach, not crowded even on Spring Break. Unit is quiet and secluded. Spotless, every detail thought through. Plenty of linens, even beach towels! Well stocked beach closet with plenty of beach chairs, wagon and beach toys. Pool was nice, might be a bit crowded if all 4 units were full. Great restaurant, Willie’s, ice cream shop and souvenir shop within a block, Would highly recommend!

My whole family took advantage of the screened porch when weather permitted. Love the unit.
