Step into luxury with this meticulously renovated townhouse, where modern coastal design meets elevated island living. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this beautifully updated retreat features a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar, all seamlessly flowing into the expansive great room with soaring ceilings and tile flooring throughout the main living area.

Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the home offers a large screened lanai as well as a private rooftop sundeck, where sweeping panoramic views create the perfect backdrop for sunrise coffee or sunset evenings. A distinctive crow's nest rooftop balcony provides even more elevated views of the Gulf, offering a truly unique island experience.

This multi-level townhouse is accessed by stairs and includes parking and storage at ground level for added convenience. The primary bedroom is located on the top level, providing a private and peaceful retreat after a day of island adventures. The bathrooms have been fully updated, each featuring a shower/tub combination with modern finishes. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations for guests.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this thoughtfully designed home offers flexible space for families and groups. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, tiled living areas, cable television, DVD access, high-speed wireless internet, and an in-home washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay from start to finish.

From its elevated design and rooftop viewing spaces to its spacious interior and modern upgrades, this townhouse delivers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and unforgettable coastal views for your Sanibel Island getaway.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV's have Roku, no cable at this time.

Great location on the beach. Great place to stay for a quiet beach vacation and will definitely be back. Signal Inn reminds me of how Sanibel and Captiva used to be before the huge resorts took over. It’s quiet and charming. The place was nice and clean, kitchen well stocked, and beach access was top notch. Thanks!!

Very accommodating host.

We had an urgent personal situation arise upon our arrival and they were very helpful and accommodating. The host ensured we had all check in information well in advance of our arrival. The home was very clean, open and inviting. The master bedroom is a loft which was perfect for just my Husband and I. The home was quiet and well insulated. The Inn is situated in a peaceful section of the island yet very walkable/bikeable to nearby shops and restaurants. The view from the Crows Nest was breathtaking- we spent my last sunset before I turned another year older holding hands, listening to the waves watching the sunset from that spot. A memory I won't soon forget. The beach is a short, easy, walk from the front or back door of the home allowing for quick trips back and forth for forgotten items or a mid-day snack. Plenty of towels and starter items. As of this review there was no long list of check out items- which is great for us when trying to get out the door!
