Welcome to Tranquil Greene, a peaceful and inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath mountain home tucked into the lush forested foothills of Colorado’s famous Pikes Peak region. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this beautifully appointed home offers the perfect base camp for your Colorado getaway—with stunning views from every room, a private hot tub, and easy access to a wide range of nearby attractions.

This spacious and thoughtfully designed home offers stunning forest and mountain views from every room, creating a peaceful and restorative atmosphere throughout your stay. Wake up to the sight of sunbeams cutting through towering pines and wind down with spectacular sunset vistas—all from the comfort of your living room.

Spacious & Inviting Main Level:

The main level of the home is accessible via a small set of stone stairs that lead into a spacious, open living area. Here, you’ll find a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a remote-controlled gas insert, a 65" smart television, high-speed internet, and a large U-shaped leather sectional—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room flows naturally into a well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full selection of pots, pans, baking dishes, fry pans, and serving pieces. There are plenty of dishes and utensils for the entire group to enjoy meals together around the rustic solid wood dining table.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom features a California king bed with high-quality sheets and bedding, as well as a full ensuite bathroom for your privacy and comfort. The second bedroom offers a queen sleigh bed with luxurious linens and a spacious double closet. The third bedroom includes one full bed and one twin XL bed, both with premium bedding and a large closet. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the lower level, guests will find an additional half bathroom, a second 55" television, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Guests have access to two driveways for parking, though please note the garage is not available for use. For your safety and peace of mind, four outdoor security cameras with lights are positioned around the perimeter—one above the garage, one on each side of the home, and one by the back door. There are no cameras inside the house. While Tranquil Green is accessible year-round, AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended in the winter months. We do our best to keep the driveways cleared of snow, but we cannot guarantee they will always be fully clear, especially during storms.

To book your stay, guests must be 25 years or older and present an ID matching the reservation name. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $200 charge. Illegal substances and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
