You`ll have access to the entire property, including the chalet, deck, and backyard. There is a closet in the downstairs hallway that is reserved for the owners.

The property is located in the Hidden Hills neighborhood. It is centrally located between Willow and Talkeetna.
• Please keep overnight guest numbers the same as your reservation and let us know if plans change.
• Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM outdoors.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
• Please remove shoes/boots in the entryway to help keep our place clean.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep exterior door closed while smoking so smoke doesn’t enter the home.
• Respect the trees and land. Do not chop trees, make new trails or litter.
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Please do not unplug or disable safety equipment, including smoke & carbon monoxide detectors.
