My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just what we needed and was a quick walk to the beach and Docs as well as Coconut Jacks. It was clean and comfortable! The communication was excellent. And the rates were very reasonable! We will be back ☺️

Great Location

This location is exactly where we want to be, across the street from the beach at Doc's Beach Bar and Restaurant. Still noisy with renovations, but doesn't matter if you plan to be at the beach every day like we did!

Don’t go if the construction is still going….

Well the pictures in the ad are not what we stayed in that’s for sure they showed pics of a balcony which we couldn’t use due to it was out of commission the ad said they would be done by the end of june we got there on the 20th and every morning at 9 am we woke to jackhammering concrete outside our door I asked about this and was told we aren’t giving any refunds heck I would have settled for a different room but couldn’t get that even. Then one night we came home to bugs crawling out from the cabinets not Impressed the barstools were all ripped up and when we folded out the couch bed it looked like the sheets hadn’t even been laundered to say the least I was not impressed we have stayed in this condo complex before and had a great experience but this was not one of them and the property manager was not the friendliest to say the least so I will be giving 2 stars and only because I like the complex but I would pick a complete different building when we go back

Great location

This property is older but clean and decently maintained. Units are small, but efficiently laid out. The biggest advantage is location. Walking distance to beach which otherwise had very limited parking.

Perfect location- directly across street from beautiful beach. Perfect family getaway

Highly recommend, extremely clean and perfect location! The beach access is at Docs which has jet skies, kayaks, etc and food, ice cream. Beautiful sunsets, perfect water! On other side of condos is another great restaurant- coconut jacks!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and has so much stuff we didn’t even realize we would need! One thing I do recommend getting is a pizza cutter though! The waterfall shower is amazing! Definitely recommend going to docs beach house to eat right across the street and coconut jacks down the road! Overall the entire stay was wonderful and we can’t wait to return. Thank you again! Mason and Dina

Close to the beach

The condo exceeded my expectations. It is located a walking distance from the beach. Cafe at Bonita Springs is located in the main floor and have great and healthy breakfast and lunch. We rented a boat for a day and we were just two minutes away from the rental place. Definitely will stay here again.

Very nice place ,clean ,fully equipped from cooking needs to beach needs ,coolers chairs etc. Had everything we need it the first day (Coffe )👍 plus the grocery store is only 5 min car /Uber ride , or the restaurant one min walk Location is wonderful right on the beach Thank you !!!!

Weekend get away

My wife and I had a relaxing weekend, we loved the location. We at dinner at the Prime House it was wonderful. Over all it was a great weekend for us!!

Condo review

Overall a very good stay at this condo. They were quick to respond to chairs ripped and umbrella broken. They replaced them that day. I suggest they replace them w Tommy Bahama gear. As the replacements are not comfortable and umbrella light weigh. Also it would be hard for 4 people to stay here. The mattress on sofa sleeper is very thin. We had 3 people. The third just slept on couch not sleeper. There were 4 big white towels a few more would be nice. But we loved the bikes. Could be a little clearer on where bikes are at. The door bikes where in was not marked at all. Shower was nice with rain shower overhead. Liked it was second floor so just walked down. Nice having cafe downstairs. And enjoyed pool. Would rent this condo again. Tammy

Great location however.......

Proximity to the beach is fantastic. Layout and style of the unit are updated and fine. The foam bed, tired pillows and AC situation were a letdown. Wife booked this unit advising it was about $600 which sounded reasonable for a studio. With all of the fees, add-ons, etc. this unit added up to over $200 a night which is pretty high for this building IMO. My fault for not doublechecking what she booked. On site breakfast and lunch restaurant is pretty good.

Girls weekend getaway

The property was exactly as pictured - updated and clean. Even the hide-a-bed was fairly comfortable for a sleeper sofa. The location was great. We spent time there in Bonita and also explored a bit of Naples and Sanibel Island. Our only suggestion would be to replace the beach umbrella, chairs and cooler. We were very grateful to have them but the umbrella was unusable with any wind, one chair was almost torn all the way up the side and the cooler had cracks which diminished the insulating factor. Other than than, I'd highly recommend.

Beautiful Bonita Beach!

Excellent location across the street from Bonita beach. Condo equipped with all necessities needed for your stay including pool, beach gear and bikes! Docs’s Beach House across the way was fun & had great food. We shall return!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

The place was very small but newly renovated and with great taste. Had everything we needed. You can't beat the location. Just across the street is the beach access and many wonderful places to eat within walking distance. They have clay tennis courts that we were able to play on while staying. All in All the place was great!!! we will be back for another visit!!

Perfection!

We absolutely loved everything about our trip! The studio is perfectly appointed for a wonderful beach stay and was quite comfortable for our family of 4! We didn’t even need a car as we used the awesome beach cruisers to bike to the market & we greatly appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, coordinating beach towels & cooler for trips to the amazing beach just across the street. Nothing was overlooked, the amenities were aplenty & everything was so clean... thank you so much! We hope to return soon!
