Great Location

This location is exactly where we want to be, across the street from the beach at Doc's Beach Bar and Restaurant. Still noisy with renovations, but doesn't matter if you plan to be at the beach every day like we did!

Condo at the beach!

Fabulous location!!! The studio condo was perfect for the two of us...just the right size with all the immenities we needed. Beach across the road and great restaurants nearby made it so easy to enjoy our time there. Glad we found out about it on Airbnb!

Nice place to stay near beach

We visited the area for a family visit so we did not visit the beach area. The condo was walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very nice remodeled studio just great for two people. Completely furnished with everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bonita Beach Resort. The location was excellent and the room was clean and efficient. We loved having the beach chairs and towels. I wish there were more bath towels, better pillows for the bed and more effective fans in the bed area. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Great value

The apartment is a bit small, but the location is perfect, and the amenities are perfect. I highly recommend this rental, but before renting make sure that you understand that it is a studio apartment, probably suited for a couple that enjoys spending a lot of time together.

Perfect for 2!

This Bonita Springs condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It was clean, with an updated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable. They provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler which was all we needed to enjoy the beach! It was a short walk right across the street to a great beach, and having Doc's Beach House Restaurant also right across the street was a bonus! Thanks for a great stay!

Mothers day

My mom and I stayed for mothers day. The condo is super clean! Has a cooler and chairs for the beach. The best is amazing and I'm picky about my beds! The location is just a short walk to the beach you can't get any closer. We are most certainly going back to the same condo.

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The condo had everything we needed and most of all was in the best location to the ocean. The beach chairs that were provided where first class. There was also an umbrella and cooler which we didn't use. There were two bikes that we used often to check out the area which is beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and has so much stuff we didn’t even realize we would need! One thing I do recommend getting is a pizza cutter though! The waterfall shower is amazing! Definitely recommend going to docs beach house to eat right across the street and coconut jacks down the road! Overall the entire stay was wonderful and we can’t wait to return. Thank you again! Mason and Dina

Nice place to spend a week at the beach

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. We like the location because it is right across from the beach and offers many nearby restaurants on Bonita Beach Road. This unit was very clean and had several new updates including the flooring, countertops and a great shower. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and bikes that are included with the unit. The condo included everything necessary for a couple to enjoy a week at the beach. Due to it's size, I wouldn't recommend it for extended stays.

Perfect Last minute Get a way

Perfect in every way....amenities, size, location and the beauty of the condo. Thank you for making this trip so stress free - the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler made going to the beach a wonderful bonus. What a sweet treat to have some snacks, waters and a bottle of wine waiting on us when we checked in. No worries....beach is across the street, some wonderful restaurants all are within walking distance. Thank you for sharing your place with us. In the future we will definitely book 1207 again...my only request, have more than 4 clothes hangers! But the little bedside fans....great touch!

Spring Break Getaway

My husband, son and I stayed in Bonita Springs March 16-23. The condo was as advertised. Great location and equipped with everything you need. They have thought of everything. We were especially grateful to have the chairs, cooler and umbrella for the beach (quick walk). The only area for improvement would be the air conditioner. Since you cannot adjust the temp below 74 degrees it caused the condo to be hot and uncomfortable at night. We would have left the windows open but there is too much traffic noise. Fortunately we had cool temps and low humidity so were able to shut it off during the day. Despite this, we would love to visit again! Highly recommended.

Great location with a lot to do!

Spent 2 weeks here and absolutely loved it! The best was the location! The beach was great and although across a somewhat busy street, the flashing crosswalk makes it easy. Thanks for providing beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. Saw dolphins, osprey, diving pelicans, and even land turtles. We also walked to 3 nice restaurants including the on-site Cafe which is open for breakfast and lunch. Laundry room was convenient and had 8 washers and dryers making it an easy chore. The updates to the condo were tastefully done and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The 10 Har-Tru tennis courts are well maintained and active. The residents always have some activity going on and often include renters. The on-site pool is heated and there's plenty of parking. While there is some traffic noise, we just turned on the constant fan while sleeping and were very comfortable. We had only one minor wi-fi issue and it was fixed very quickly. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

Great condo, great owner, great town

We were planning our first big vacation with our two young children when we stumbled upon this condo. All of the reviews were wonderful, the price was in our range, and the place looked lovely. It did not disappoint! Steve (owner) and Brett (iTrip) were amazing to work with. They were very approachable and accommodating. When there was a problem with the AC one day, Steve took care of it immediately. Both Bonita and Barefoot Beaches were beautiful, and the pool at the complex was well kept. My only critique would be that the ocean front/ocean view descriptors were a bit misleading. While the ocean is right across the street, it is not visible from this unit, due to it being on the second floor. As I suggested when I met Steve, a floor mat for sandy shoes inside and a folding drying rack for the porch were the only two things I would add to the condo. Otherwise, he really did think of everything! Our stay here was amazing. Thank you for the great accommodations. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable, close to the beach location.

Great Rental

My husband & I spent a week at #1207. The condo was clean and well equipped with a great location! Besides the normal dinnerware and pots/pans provided there were also beach towels, umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles, yoga mat, paper products, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and spices for cooking to name just a few. This is really a plus as it required very little extra spending for items that you sometime have to buy when renting with VRBO. So a big thank you to the owners! We also enjoyed riding their new Huffy bikes that were included with the condo. We went to the P.F. Chang's on Route 41 in Naples (about a 10 minute car ride) for a happy hour which included discounted appetizers which we enjoyed. We also discovered Doug's Seafood which is located in a strip mall less than 3 miles from the condo. AMAZING and BEST lobster roll we have ever had! A little pricey but worth it. We went 2x because it was that good! We also went to the onsite Cafe restaurant and had a burger and the grilled chicken sandwich w/ bacon & avocado. Both were good! We would definitely rent again. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay.

Condo review

Overall a very good stay at this condo. They were quick to respond to chairs ripped and umbrella broken. They replaced them that day. I suggest they replace them w Tommy Bahama gear. As the replacements are not comfortable and umbrella light weigh. Also it would be hard for 4 people to stay here. The mattress on sofa sleeper is very thin. We had 3 people. The third just slept on couch not sleeper. There were 4 big white towels a few more would be nice. But we loved the bikes. Could be a little clearer on where bikes are at. The door bikes where in was not marked at all. Shower was nice with rain shower overhead. Liked it was second floor so just walked down. Nice having cafe downstairs. And enjoyed pool. Would rent this condo again. Tammy

Just what we needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean, quaint little condo. We went to Bonita Springs to relax on the beach. That is what we did every day. We woke and made ourselves a pot of coffee and sat on the screened in lanai, made our lunches in the fully equipped kitchen to take to the beach with us, and walked across the road (literally...soooo close) to the beach and laid around under the glorious sun, searched the shore for endless choices of shells and swam in the gulf. They had sweet little touches...a bottle of wine and some snacks and candy to enjoy, waters in the fridge, and starter soaps/toilet paper/paper towel in case you can’t get to the grocery store until the next morning. If we return to Bonita Springs in the future for some rest, we will definitely book unit 1207 again. Thank you for a great trip. Our every expectation was surpassed. (My only recommendations would be more hooks than the 2 in the bathroom for hanging towels and more kitchen linens...we only had 1 kitchen towel. Definitely NOT a deal breaker-this is more just to let the owner know.)

Don’t go if the construction is still going….

Well the pictures in the ad are not what we stayed in that’s for sure they showed pics of a balcony which we couldn’t use due to it was out of commission the ad said they would be done by the end of june we got there on the 20th and every morning at 9 am we woke to jackhammering concrete outside our door I asked about this and was told we aren’t giving any refunds heck I would have settled for a different room but couldn’t get that even. Then one night we came home to bugs crawling out from the cabinets not Impressed the barstools were all ripped up and when we folded out the couch bed it looked like the sheets hadn’t even been laundered to say the least I was not impressed we have stayed in this condo complex before and had a great experience but this was not one of them and the property manager was not the friendliest to say the least so I will be giving 2 stars and only because I like the complex but I would pick a complete different building when we go back

Beach getaway

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just what we needed and was a quick walk to the beach and Docs as well as Coconut Jacks. It was clean and comfortable! The communication was excellent. And the rates were very reasonable! We will be back ☺️

Great location

This property is older but clean and decently maintained. Units are small, but efficiently laid out. The biggest advantage is location. Walking distance to beach which otherwise had very limited parking.
