Comfortably furnished with 2 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, plus couch), all new furniture, LED smart TV's, smart blinds, and new stainless appliances. Has new in-unit front loading washer/dryer.

Private car port w/ 2 parking spaces (front to back), and lots of extra parking in the lot. Guests have full access to the property including both of our private wrap-around patios (upper one has complete privacy for sun bathing), as well as the deck, pool, hot tub, dock, and lake via our private spiral staircase.

Pets are allowed with permission and $150 pet cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
