Located in Kissimmee, this house is a dream. With 5 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 5 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer for added convenience. This wonderful property also offers amenities like WiFi, AC. property has 2 stackable Washers and Dryer. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. Pool has a new Heat Pump Heater to help maintain the pool temperature during colder times.

This is a beautiful, contemporary styled luxury villa situated in Kissimmee’s most spacious conservation development. Our 5-bedroom home sleeps 10 people and is located less than half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses. Easy access to highway 192 means that you have numerous shops and restaurants within minutes’ reach, all of which makes Calabria one of Orlando’s most sought-after locations.

Air-conditioned throughout, the villa extends to approx 3000 sq ft and is fully equipped with 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, games room, stunning theatre room and a south-facing private pool, making it an ideal destination for a two-family holiday.

The home is at the edge of the Disney bubble so 5 minutes to I27 and there are many resturants at lower pricepoints outside the tourist areas.

We have always hosted family and friends in our home but just recently we decided to purchase a vacation rental in our favorite place to visit, Orlando Florida. We have been coming to Orlando and DisneyWorld for 20 years and continue coming back.

We picked this neighborhood because it is very quite and close to all the park attractions. It has many international travelers so we host people from all over the world. there are great resturants down the street and its great to get out for a walk in the evening and enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is a Second home for us and such, we treat it like our home so you wont find many places that continue to update their property as much as we do. We have already updated one of the bathrooms, added new bedding and towels and are continuing to paint the rooms to some more updated colors. We invest everything back into the property to make it a beautiful place to visit. We have many repeat guests from England and Scotland so we always try to ensure all our guests love the pool, spa and quiet surroundings. Check out our new edition to the home. its a Limited Edition Harry Potter Pinball machine. As I child of the 80s I grew up playing pinball and arcade games and I loved the idea of having a pinball machine in our home.
