The Sterling Shores Association has scheduled a weatherproofing project for the exterior of the building. The painting portion of the project will begin on June 1st and is estimated to be completed by the end of September 2025. During this time, Vacation Homes won't be directly affected, though Guests can expect to see activity around property. The next phase of the project will begin on the balconies after Labor Day, at which point Guests will experience noise from the project, in addition to balconies and walkways being closed.
