I can't get over how clean the room was. By far the best trip to Destin I've had in while because of cleanliness, location, view, and amenities.

Beatiful views of the beach!!!

The condo we stayed in was absolutely adorable! We loved how close we were to the beach and that there was also a big swimming pool for the kiddos. We will definitely be back!!!

Vacation

Great location to both beach and restaurants.The property looks large but is very cozy. The upper units have great views of the ocean, and the lower units have nice views of the beautifully landscaped pool and garden areas. The building is showing its age, as was the unit we stayed in, but it seemed to be well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beach condo

This is our third stay at Sterling Shores, but the first time in this unit. We only used the master king bed and found it to be very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for a great beach-oriented vacation. Handy laundry appliances, well-appointed kitchen, balcony with comfy furniture and great view. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in PH16 for 3 months and absolutely loved it! The staff at Sterling Shores is amazing! We had no major issues during our stay, and any minor issues (light bulbs that burned out, etc) were fixed almost immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat 😀

Wonderful week in Destin!

We had a great time on our annual family trip to Destin meeting up with family from the MS Gulf coast. This was our forth year staying at Sterling Shores and we loved our unit this time. The view from the PH floor was the best we've had and discovering the side elevator as a short cut was helpful. Outside of small issues with leaking sinks and the washing machine needing fixed, I would call it a perfect stay and we would like to rent the same unit for next year!

PH16 Was GREAT!

This condo had everything we needed. Great access to beach and had two amazing pools. Gym was small but allowed for a decent work out. Parking was easy and we were always able to be near the elevator closest to our room. Location allowed easy access to wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely come back for sure!

We enjoyed our month of February stay. Everything was clean and in good shape upon arrival. Very adequately furnished with everything one might need for short or lengthy stays. Would certainly recommend the unit to anyone. All staff in office very helpful and friendly. Weather was great and such a beautiful view of the gulf and all surrounding area from this unit.

Penthouse View Overlooking beautiful pool/grounds

The unit was clean and the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The patio was spacious and had lots of good patio furniture to use. It's the penthouse but you will not get any sunset views from this location. Because of the placement of the resort there are too many other high buildings blocking the views to the the West. It has easy access to the beach and beach service came with the unit. You have to go down each morning and reserve your chair and they don't open till 9am. I went down the day before and they would not reserve ours for the next day. So it holds up breakfast activities so you can go down there and wait for them to give you your assigned spot. Otherwise you won't get a front row position.

The view is amazing! Sterling Shores is in a great location, but this unit is being neglected. The microwave door was broken, the shower in the master is leaking, the mattress in the 2nd bedroom is lumpy with springs poking out, and when I requested oven mitts and and a dish drainer, I was told the owner didn't have to provide that. The oven was filthy upon or arrival. They came to clean it during our stay and our unit reeked afterwards. If it wasn't for this beautiful view, I'd give less stars. I'm sorry the owner is having to pay for this unit to be mishandled this way.
