The fully equipped kitchen and exterior BBQ island make it easy to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The preferred method of transport in Punta Mita is by golf cart. There is a 6 seater included in this rental.
All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.
Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards.
If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.
All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.
