Condo was great! Refrigerator never really got cold and nothing stayed frozen in the freezer even after 3 days. Dryer kept shutting off for “check vent”

The pool needs to be kept up with Several broken chairs and stairs to get into pool Other wise area was kept clean though Beach access was nice Everything you need is within a close walking distance but the road in front of condos is very busy Be safe!

Condo on the beach!!!

We were a party of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). This condo is very well maintained and right on the beach! I looked at many other condos before booking this one. All others with similar amenities were way more expensive than this one. Also, getting the booking done was so easy. Rob called me after I left him a message. He was very friendly and speaking directly with the owner gave me more confidence about booking the condo. We had a fun time in orange beach and will surely return again.

Easy access to the pool and beach. We liked the multiple locations along the boardwalk to rinse the sand off.

Great place to stay

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the views from the balcony. Centrally located and restaurants and shopping were very close by. The only downfall is it would get a bit humid and we couldn’t seem to get the place cool enough to our liking.

Great stay , but.....

DVD player not working on arrival; front desk helpful but not able to remedy in a timely manner. Had to pay late fees on rented DVDs due to inability to use. Beachfront great, but employee “Jacob” could be a lot more cordial and helpful to the paying customers. Have stayed at several condos; have had much more pleasant beach workers. Besides those issues, the overall stay was great.

Nice place for families!

The traffic was hard to maneuver turning left out to f the property and a little far from restaurants! Would be a nice place to get away!

Steps

My friend had a bad fall. She slipped on the grey stairs that goes over the pool towards the condo. We heard from several people that there have been several accidents on those same steps. There needs to be better grip traction to prevent this from happening again. But we love the property. I have stayed in this location before.

Perfect Condo for Us!!!

Visited the area for a soccer tournament as was lucky to find this condo available for the weekend. The booking process with Robert was one of the easiest I have ever experienced. The condo was great - a fully equipped kitchen with two comfortable bedrooms(that handled the 6 of us perfectly) and a fantastic gulf view!!! My kids loved the easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Orange Beach!!! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful beach condo

This condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme and very clean. There was more than ample room for the two of us. The second bedroom and would have easily accommodated another couple or our grandchildren. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glassware, pans, and cooking utensils although we didn't do alot of food prep as there are so many good restaurants in the area. Keep in mind that there is not any food supplies and just starter supplies of dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. You will want to bring along or shop when you arrive. There are grocery stores nearby that are reasonably priced. We spent much of our time on the balcony enjoying the incredible view of the beach and pool area. We saw dolphins and various types of birds on our daily beach walks. We have used VRBO rentals frequently over the last few years in various areas of the country over the last few years. I would have to say that the reserving, check in, and check out process was the smoothest and easiest we've ever experienced! The owner was extremely responsive and we had no complaints at all with the rental management. We will definitely pursue renting this condo if we have opportunity to return to the area.

It was ok!

The condo was very nice. The management company however was not. We got a call at 10:30 asking to checkout when checkout is not until 11:00. We also needed some things that should be supplied but no. There was a guy at the desk that was somewhat helpful on getting a cab for us but when I tried another time the person said they can't do that.

Perfect Getaway
