Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Phoenix VII

We had an issue with the washing machine which put a damper on the stay BUT overall the condo was great and perfect for our group. Beach was not over crowded in the area and pier and walk mat were great! Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was nice. The cleaning staff could of been better. They didn’t do the best job cleaning the unit. The unit itself is perfect!

Can't say enough good things about this property, from cleanliness, location, kitchen supplies, updated appliances, view of the ocean. All 4 of my kids had their own bed away from mom and dad. Loved the roominess of the living room furniture. TV's were huge. Property had plenty of amenities. Only negative was there wasn't a net on the volleyball court, not sure if front desk provided that or it was just out of service? Would stay there again no questions asked.

Looked just like photos, very nice, clean, unit perfectly stocked w/all utensils, cooking supplies cups, glasses, bedding, towels, etc. Check-in and out was seamless and desk staff very friendly. Only had one interruption from staff. Plumbing work in the master bath because the unit under ours had a water leak. We had no problem.

Convenient location on the beach

The location was perfect. I cannot understand why parking is charged in addition to the countless fees already assessed when reserving the unit. Also, the cleaning crew did not do a very good job cleaning the unit. For example, there was a large smudge spot to the right of the pantry door - I simply used Dawn and hot water to wipe it down - it came right off!

Last minute!

We decided last minute we wanted to have a few days at the beach before my daughter started her 3 year of college. We found the condo on VRBO at a wonderful price and booked it and it ended up being a great 4 days!

Inattentive to our problems

On arrival 8/20/21, I phoned to report some of the vertical shades were missing and from the 2nd floor, we were unable to close the blinds of the patio door to privatize our living room area and master bedroom. Was told someone would call and come on the following day to repair. No one called or came by to repair. The place was not clean… there was mold in the shower. There was sand on the floor. And just one roach crawled across the floor when we were there. We went out to the local Publix and bought cleaning product for the shower and cleaned the condo before we were able to settle in. If you are paying someone to clean and take care of the condo in between stays, they’re not doing a good enough job. I have pictures if you care to see them. I never make accusations without time-stamped pics to validate. I also videoed the roach crawling just before disposing of it. Now, what was great about it…..2nd floor seaside view to die for. All appliances worked properly. Bed linen was clean and fresh. Towels were crisp and white. Might consider going a different route in the future. Everything is so expensive and people really just want what we pay so much for. I expected since so much was asked of me to do prior to checking out of the condo, leaving it in a detailed and very particular condition, I only wish the same courtesy would have been afforded us upon arrival and during our stay. Thanks in advance for the opportunity to share my thoughts and concerns.

Very unimpressed!!

Initially our trip started by arriving at our condo at 3PM as instructed in all received information. Upon arriving we purchased 2 parking passes and went upstairs to our condo. Entered our code and entered the condo. It was filthy and looked as if the cleaning had not even started yet. Someone from the cleaning crew walked up to us from inside the condo and told us our condo was not ready and would not be ready until 4:30PM. I understand busy/peak seasons, especially a holiday weekend. However, giving a guest a heads up that they will have to wait an hour and a half before they’re able to enter would have been much appreciated. It was a huge inconvenience that we could have pre-planned for with a forewarning. So we returned to the condo at 430PM and the condo was ready for us. The initial look of the condo, everything looked fine. After settling we started finding the flaws and other things overlooked by the cleaning crew and whomever did the inspection. The coffee pot had old coffee brewed in the pot, I assume from the previous guests. The master bathroom shower had hair in corners and along the floor, as well as along the countertop. The single bed spare bedroom had clothing tags, trash hair and dirt along the wall near the dresser. And the rug in that same bedroom was filthy. It needs to either be shampooed or replaced. Lastly, when using the sofabed, there were caramel or chocolate looking smudges on the floor along with popcorn crumbs. So as I told the maintenance manager over the phone on Thursday, July 1, sometime after hours, I feel this cleaning job, by a crew of 3 I was informed, was rushed and was most definitely and huge disappointment. We were offered to have someone come back into the condo and clean the areas we had issues with, but after the past couple hours we’d dealt with and then settling, we had no interest in being bothered any more with the situation and did things ourselves. The condo was spacious and is in a great location for views of the pool and ocean. There could be more potential if you had dinner seating for the 10 guests the condo sleeps rather than only 8 separately. Sitting on ice chests to eat dinner together was not ideal. Also, the balcony furniture needs a deep cleaning and/or to be updated. Just a thought. I must say this experience has left a bad taste for all 9 of us.

Beautiful location

Both the master bath and guest bath had urine on the seat and around the bolts that hold the seat on. There was mold on the floor of the master bath and broken glass as well. We had to wash any dishes, skillets, pots, pans and utensils before we used them because there was dried food left on them. We had to wash our sheets on all beds, they were full of sand. The facility itself was great, loved the view of the beach and pool. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to help with our issues.
