Tucked into a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood, The Leon Lane Oasis is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home built for families and groups who want room to breathe, spread out, and make memories together.



Living space

Inside, the open-concept layout centers around a bright living area with plenty of comfortable seating - ideal for lazy mornings or winding down after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has everything your group needs to cook together, including stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, cooking basics, a blender, wine glasses, and a dining table big enough for everyone to pull up a chair. A dedicated workspace, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV round out the indoor comforts.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms mean no one is fighting for space. The home sleeps up to eight guests across ten beds, with a master suite and several guest rooms styled with beach-inspired décor. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are all provided, and a washer and dryer are on-site for longer stays.



Outdoor living

The backyard is where this property earns its name. A private pool sits at the center, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a fenced yard that keeps things feeling tucked-away and peaceful. The large screened-in porch overlooks the pool - a shaded, breezy spot for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening games without the bugs. A fire pit, hammock, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils fill out the space, making the yard as livable as the interior.

The home is single-level with no internal stairs, making it accessible for all ages. Self check-in via smart lock, free on-site parking, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and a full set of safety equipment - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place. Pack 'n play, a high chair, and beach essentials including towels, umbrella, beach blanket, snorkeling gear, and bikes are available for families traveling with little ones.

The Cocoa Beach Pier is a ten-minute stroll, Ron Jon Surf Shop is just 0.6 miles out, and downtown Cocoa Beach - with its restaurants and shops - sits 3.2 miles from your door. Public Transit:** While public transit options are limited in Cocoa Beach, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Consider using them for trips further afield.

Local Highlights:** You're already perfectly positioned! The beach is a quick 5-minute walk, and the Cocoa Beach Pier is just a 10-minute stroll. Enjoy the local shops and restaurants without needing to drive.
