Linens and Towels: Sheets and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes cookware, utensils, and basic appliances. Bring your own spices and food.
Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry/dishwasher detergent, soaps, shampoo, and body wash. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

PARKING:
There is parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

PET POLICY:
This property is NOT pet-friendly, and pets are strictly prohibited.

HOUSE RULES:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo, balconies, and all public areas. At least one renter must be 25 or older and present throughout the stay, with no exceptions or refunds. Hanging towels or clothing outside the unit is not allowed, nor are charcoal or wood-burning grills or smokers. House parties are prohibited. Electric cars may not be charged at golf cart stations, as this could cause electrical issues. Quiet hours observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
