This townhome is perfectly located just 1.6 miles from Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The open living area features a comfortable layout with a Smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and direct access to a covered patio with beautiful lake views. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare meals and gather with family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.
The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a king bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, and a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. It also includes an en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combination.
